Excellent location. Only 2 metro stops from Napoli Central Train Station. Corso Umberto with lots of shops is around the corner and within a 10 min. walk to Via Toledo with also shops and an endless variety of restaurants. We booked tours from Napoli to Amalfi and Pompeii. Our meeting points were just 10 min walk from the property. Monica, the owner, was very communicative even before our arrival. Our local hostess, Tonia, was most friendly and kind. Given that a EUR0.20 coin is needed to operate the lift, (bring your own for the first time), Tonia offered us additional ones from a box on the reception counter. Very comfy pillows. Our pain in the neck disappeared during our stay. Very convenient coffee corner open 24/7 with coffee capsules machine, tea and pastries; courtesy of the house. Thank you for your hospitality and 'magic', Monica & Tonia. La Pulcinella was great. We missed your 'Curnicella' to take home with us. ;-)

What a great place was Napul'Art! Its location helped us discover all the beauties of this wonderful city and its surroundings, being an arm's length way from 3 metro stations, the harbour, and within 10-15' from all major sights of Napoli. The room they offered us was magnificent, unexpectedly large, airy, and having a great bed, and bathroom too. For breakfast they had a beautifully decorated common area, where we could prepare our Nespresso coffees, and a decent breakfast (as per locally applied BnB policies), and a fridge full with fruit juices, yogurts, milk and ample water. We're duly informed about operation of the lift with a 20¢, but a small box in the common area always had coins to use the lift. Thank you Monica and the rest of the guys for welcoming us and the great stay we had at your facility! Your instructions were always helpful, clear and prompt! There's nothing I could suggest to improve. We were truly satisfied with the room, the service and its location and would just recommend the operators to keep aiming high and never lower their great services they offered us.

I had a lovely stay in Napul'art. Great location with access to metro and bus stations. The staff was kind and helpful. They answered my questions via WhatsApp and helped me when I needed recommendations for where to eat and explore. Lovely restaurants all around and a little market just outside the front door for drinks and snacks. The coffee in the kitchen was strong and delicious. The hotel is located on the second floor of a building and you share a lift with the building. It was convenient and only 0.20 for a trip, just make sure to have exact 0.20 coins as it does not take two 0.10 coins.

Absolutely everything was fantastic. Starting from the location and ending up with the most beautiful balcony view of the statue of Vitorio Emanuelle II. But the main game changer was the hospitality we received from the staff. I couldn't be more thankful for Monica and colleagues for dealing with our queries. They definitely went that extra mile and provided exceptional hospitality. Next time I'm in Naples I will definitely comeback to the same location. Thank you very much!

The location is fantastic! I liked the artsy style of the apartment and the high ceilings made it feel spacious very spacious. Since we stayed for a while, it was great to have a lot of drawers to unpack all of our clothes. There is a lovely cleaning lady who comes every day and keeps everything spotless. The communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

Breakfast was fine, self service pre-packed croissants, bread and cookies, as well as juices and yoghurts. Area was great, close to Spanish quarters on one side and the Centro Storico on the other, and the Metro was just up a short street. I am a light sleeper, and even though I had earplugs I was bothered by the noise from the back alley that my window faced. Other than that everything was OK!

Stunning apartment in fully renovated property. The room was big and very clean. The location is great, metro and bus station near, many restaurants and also easy walk to all the famous neighbors . The host is responding very quickly to any situation . Coffee and tea are available all day . Recommend for not more than 2 days .

We had some issues with entering the building and leaving our luggage due to misunderstanding from both sides, but they tried. The noise is really disturbing, both from the street and other people. Due to our stay, there were ppl 7am speaking so loudly in the breakfast room, which is on the same floor without door . Also, the bed, it was really uncomfortable. I find it strange that they ask me 4-5 times if I leave the 12 euro tax.

The location was amazing and the rooms were beautiful! Really clean and wonderfully decorated! The staff were very kind!

Although the stay was really great there were only a couple minor things. The bed was quite loud, any slightest movement caused lots of shrieking and the AC wasn’t working properly. Did not bother us too much.

I had small room with private bathroom outside the room. I totally recommend this place. Contact with the host is super fast and great, she answer every question and respond very fast. Room and bathroom are very clean and have everything you need. Location is great. I love that I have a window to traditional Napoli street (a little bit busy and noisy) it gives you Napoli vibe all day and all night long. It can be too much for some but I loved it! The kitchen and dinning area have beautiful view and have some snacks and coffee. If I come back to Napoli I will definietely book this place once again.

The place was very cozy. Both the room and the bathroom were super clean. The kitchen was equipped with coffee/tea and any utensils that one might need. The communication with the responsible person was very easy. The location of the property was really amazing. I would stay there again!

In my room, there wasn't any storage unit (ie closet). I only stayed there one night so it wasn't an issue, but for 3-4 days stays that would have been annoying.
