the rooms and bathroom where very tidy and welcoming, alongside a beautiful balcony overlooking the street bellow. the location was perfect for us the area has a good night live with lots of bars and restaurants open late. The beds where a good place to rest but are not particularly comfortable. Over all a good experience

they have a €200 deposit witch wasn’t particularly clear when we first booked and will be given back to you within 10 working days, we could hear people form the other room when in the bathroom but wasn’t a problem when in the actual room. We struggled to find the location when first arriving so make sure to follow the steps on there website after checking in.

Very good location, close to metro and central Napoli as well as many attractions and landmarks. Great value for the price and affordable! Everything went well! We checked in online and got the keys from reception (which is in a different location from the hotel but very close!)

The only “issue” was the cleaning lady, unfriendly and kept huffing and puffing whenever she saw us. Not sure why. When we checked out and left the keys in the box, she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond when we said bye.

Thought I got exactly what I paid for, shower was hot, room was clean, room had aircon, my room was cleaned every day which I didn't expect and apart from everyday traffic noise it was quiet. Good central location. It was a budget room so no complaints.

The entry into the complex was a bit hit and miss, enter the code and hope someone lets you in, I had to wait twice for a resident to enter or leave which fortunatley was not too long, still a bit annoying when you just want to go to your room, I think my room was supposed to have a safe as it said so in the bathroom but it didn't have one. Most surprising was no KETTLE I have never stayed anywhere in the world where the room had no kettle?

The room was super clean, very comfortable, with big windows and fresh air. The bed and pillows very comfortable.

I didnt like the fee that i paid for late check in, 65 eur. In booking was mentioned that the check in closes in 9pm but no info regarding the fee. It was the first time i faced such a large fee for late check in. Also they asked to send a credit card by photo in whatsup in front and back, as a guarantee , which is not secure at all.

The location was good with a lot of restaurants and very close to a metro station. The check-in goes very fast if you did the online check-in before. The room was fine and comfortable for 2 people and there's also a mini-fridge which was a bonus.

The warm water turns cold quite fast, so 2 people can't shower continuously without the water turning lukewarm. You can also sometimes hear some noise coming from the neighbouring rooms.

The electronic check in process was a bit impersonal but efficient. The room was newly renovated, surprisingly quiet despite the central location, and clean. Excellent wifi, and good bathroom facilities. The structure helped with parking with a commercial parking nearby, at a discounted rate (35 EUR/day). The location is very central and we could walk around in the centre with ease.

The bathroom locking system gets stuck: if my daughter or I were alone we would have got stuck. The AC system was a bit too strong, even at low setting.

Convenient Nice room and modern Big balcony Clean

A bit confusing for the check-in as you have to go to the office and DO NOT follow google map, it takes you to one of the properties they managed, not the office for check-in!! Make sure you put the right location on your map. This makes it inconvenient and so sign of properly at the front door (main entrance gate) Staff is a bit unfriendly.

this hotel took my deposit of 400 euros, almost a month has passed since we left and no one has returned the money to us! this is a scam! no response to all messages!
