Excellent location, you can walk to Spanish quarter, Historic Centre and the seaside. Room was very clean, fresh, with nice small balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. I recommend this place.

There were nice amenities like tea, Nescafe, cookies, but it would be great if there was also an espresso option.

We stayed in the private suite at this location. What a great place! It’s big enough for up to 5 people (there were 4 of us), it has a 1 and a half bathroom, which was a huge plus! This suite looks just like it is in the pictures. Communication with the host was super easy. We were given advice for the parking in the area, which was very helpful. This building is close to the most area attractions, so we didn’t have to use our car while exploring the city. There are plenty of places to eat around the building as well. Definitely a great choice for our stay in Naples!

Not a thing

Lady that did our check-in was really nice and helpful as well as the rest of staff. We could use teas, coffee and snacks for free. There was also ice cube dispenser. The room was clean and comfy. We were surprised that there were colourful lights in the bathroom. What a vibe! If we ever return to Naples, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The only minus was that the couple from the other room was too loud. It is not a fault of the hotel but I think it is good to mention that all noises from the hall and rooms next to us could have been heard.

Bright and comfortable room; we were not bothered by traffic noises because the room was on a 5th floor and had double glazing. There are facilities in a common area to make tea or coffee, but to have a proper breakfast we were given vouchers to use in the nice bar which is at the ground floor of the building. The position is very good, central and 2 minutes away from a metro station.

We have no complaints.

It’s a lovely, clean place. We had two gorgeous balconies with an incredible view of the city. All of the staff were lovely and kind. We were given breakfast vouchers to the cafe downstairs and they provided us with delicious food and drink.

the wifi was sometimes unstable, and it seemed to have a limit on how many devices could be connected at once. Additionally, our mini fridge was not very cold at all. Finally, unfortunately the elevator was very unreliable (not the hotel’s fault). Sometimes we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with bags. At least we built our leg muscles up.

The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I liked that the hotel was in contact with me via email and whatsapp before our stay so we knew exactly what was going on. There is a specific set of directions for entering the hotel. Be sure to read and follow them and you shouldn't have any issues.

It's a little unusual that there isn't a person behind a desk that you can talk to at all hours. When you are speaking to the person at the desk it's actually a person on a screen and you're video conferencing with them. I've never seen this before so it was unexpected but it still worked out.

Very cute loft style. My kids loved they each had their own beds. Two bathrooms was very convenient. AC was nice and cold. Mini fridge with lots of purchase options(decent prices). Felt safe and great location.

The shower was very tight and I’m 5 foot. The toilet would also make weird noises haha but nothing that would prevent me from staying with them again.

I booked the family/private room. We had 4 of us so it was perfect. I left my laptop at the lobby whenI checked out. The staff kept it for me safely. I came back 2 hours later, the staff brought the laptop down to pass the laptop to me at the ground floor. I’m very grateful to the staff that helped knowing i had to urgently go back to the airport with the same taxi.

Room was great. Bed was firm, but fine for a night. Check in process was great. Easy to use the lift to the 5th floor. Location was great as we walked from the Ferry to our room. Then hired a car to drive us to the airport the next morning, which was very easy and they set it up for us.

Mattress was quite firm, but fine for one night.

Spacious room, clean and with a view of the city. There is no front desk but when you enter the b&b, there is a live chat with someone from the staff to welcome you. The check-in and the instructions are very clear and easy. The location is great. Close to the port, it's easy to find restaurants nearby and to get around the city. It's a safe area to stay.
