Titti at Donna Lena Relais was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to make our stay in Napoli unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she took the time to share helpful tips and pointed us toward unique and interesting things to do around the city. She was so friendly, sweet, and always responsive when we had questions, especially over WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. Titti also helped us arrange reliable taxi services, which was a huge help. The property itself is spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Look no further! This place is a true gem!

It was perfect!

It was so convenient for a visit to the best attractions of Naples. The room is ideal for a city visit, clean and plenty of space. Always hot water, air conditioning a must. Cleaned every day with new towels too. Also a nice kitchen to make tea and coffee. Should we return to do the things we missed then we will stay here again.

A couple of nights someone was sitting on their internal balcony chatting away till too late. That was a local though and nothing to do with the apartments.

The location was absolutely perfect. Everywhere that we wanted to visit in Naples (including transport links for further travel) was within easy walking distance. There are great restaurants and bars very near by (less than 10 mins walk), with some just on the doorstep. The building was lovely and we appreciated the communal area with a kitchen for those on a budget needing to cook meals instead of going out. The host was great and helpful with check in/out. It was also very clean and we loved the mini fridge in the room to keep drinks/snacks fresh and cold!

Only nit-picking…. We didn’t spend much time at the room with so many places to visit! But, the bed could have been comfier with some extra pillows etc. We also would’ve really appreciated an extra chair so both of us could have sat and played games/ate in the room.

What a great place! My room was comfortable and large for 1 person (also great for 2). The bed was super nice and I slept really well. Good bathroom & shower. There was also a little fridge & air conditioning with heating in the room. Fantastic location. Really central but very quiet & safe. The lady was also very nice and even gave great restaurant recommendations. There’s lots of services, shops & cafes nearby, too!

Rooms nice and clean. Room facilities were good. Easy to check in and out. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. No outside traffic/ambient noise.

There was a lot of noise coming from the hall/entrance of the hotel, and it was quite easy to hear people talking in the other rooms. A little more privacy and noise insulation between the rooms and the hall would have been nice.

Stayed here with 2 of my friends for 5 nights and the room was perfect - so spacious and clean. We had 2 double beds and 1 single bed, there was also an en-suite with good shower. Mini fridge in the room stocked with some water and we were able to use this throughout aswell as a fridge in the shared kitchen. The host Titti was so helpful throughout our stay. She checked in to see if we needed anything and the room was cleaned and beds made everyday. The shared kitchen was stocked with tea and other refreshments and available to use if needed. The location is great, we took both ferries and trains during our stay to other towns such as Pompei, Sorrento and Amalfi. The train station is about 30min walk and the port is about the same. There are also a lot of great restaurants around and were able to walk everywhere. We also got a good discount on breakfast around the corner and Titti was able to give great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We booked La Lazzara Trattoria e Pizzeria for our last night on her recommendation and it was amazing - highly recommend but it gets busy so reservation is needed to guarantee a spot! Titti also reached out on our last day to check if we needed her to order us a taxi to the airport. She was very kind, helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay and it made our time in Naples that much more enjoyable. We were so happy we chose to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and it was close to everywhere in the city. The room was very clean and they were cleaning the room every day. The building was super safe. The host was very kind and gave all the necessary informations about room and the city. If I will come to Naples again, I would prefer to stay here again. I would recommend here if you visit Naples.

There is nothing that I can say negative.

The property is in a central location, the room is spacious and there is also a well equipped kitchen if you want to eat in. I really liked the communication with the host, every indication was clear, we easily managed to locate and access the room. What could be improved is the cleaning service of the bathroom and maybe change the bed sheets more often. I would recommend this location.

Titi was very helpful on many things. She explained us attractions in the area and how to get there. She was also answering quickly whe. We had questions! The place was very clean and well equiped! The room was very spacious too. The location is also very nice in town as this is close to many restaurant, attractions and areas of town we wished to see!

The location couldn't be better - just steps from the metro and close to most of the main city attractions. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
