The property was super close to the Universita metro station and close to the historical center. Great 5 euro breakfast offered in the terrace. The spot is in a more local area and looks a little bit sketchy but it is just a Naples thing. The place was super clean, affordable and clean single room. Amazing views from the terrace and everyone was so nice at the front desk. There is someone at the front desk 24 hrs and they cleaned the room every day. Would recommend for someone looking to save some money but also appreciates a clean great stay. Rooms are updated — would stay again! Also 13 min walk to the port for the ferries for day trips to Amalfi, Capri etc. also it is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator.

A few steps to climb to get to the elevator so just be aware if you have a lot of luggage.

The location is great. Walking distance to the main sights. The area felt safe provided you know how to be cautious in big, crowded cities (the same all over the world). Room was clean and functional. About 20 steps to the lift so not too arduous. Staff were friendly and called an airport taxi for us and recommended restaurants. Churches are closed 12:45-16:00 so plan around that. Also book in advance for popular museums. A good experience living like an Italian. Don't expect too much and be laissez faire.

Location is very central, room was quiet with closed windows and the room had everything you might need, air condition as well.

There was a yellow stain on the wall, other than that the room was clean. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable for me, but i only stayed one night so for one night is was okay. It was a bit weird to have the shower in the area of the bed, but I didn't mind :D

Their recommendations for local sights and eateries were spot-on, adding much value to my trip. Don’t be deceived by the outside of the hotel, for a no frills budget hotel, Hotel Nettuno was almost perfect! We had a 3 night stay arriving at 12:30am on our first night. The fact that there was 24 hour lobby was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect! Central to the historical centre and meters away from the metro to explore the rest of the city.

Marked down slightly for the hard bed. Could sleep ok but was like laying on a concrete slab, but the biggest negative for me was the fact that no fridge in the room meant having to drink warm water. Not enough of a problem to stop me staying again but enough to stop a perfect 10!

The location is very convenient for someone who wants to explore the city. There's a metro station very close (Universita) and the port is within 5 minutes walking distance.Transportation from/to the airport is easy as there's a bus station at Port. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip, they helped us with suggestions and made our stay more pleasant. Also, we always felt safe into the hotel and neighbourhood in general.Very good value for money.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and everything was good.I wouldn't recommend it for leisure trip.

The staff are a gem. The young lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. Explained everything in English and gave us recommendations for where to eat, even showing us a photo of a place on her phone. She marked places on the map and gave us info about the area answering questions;such as luggage storage when checking out, before we needed to ask. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As others have said, the room was small, but it definitely suited our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, light but suitable. The location is great for getting places. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Nothing to really complain about. The climb up the stairs to the elevator was the only grumble - especially as the bag was heavy. That said, it is not uncommon in these parts of the world, so I accept what it is and would not mark the hotel down for this.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

Convenient location, air-con, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay for 1 night. I would happily stay there again.

I didn’t really have an issue with that but the room had a very strange layout with a bathroom literally being in the room without any door in between and the shower being at another side of the room than the rest of the bathroom. Not really a problem for a single room - just odd. Breakfast (sweet only) had to be paid extra and if you wanted more than one coffee/cappuccino (which was made by using capsules) you had to pay extra for that too. Everything was good though and not a problem as you have to adjust your expectations for the price.

Well located - a bit of a climb from the ground floor entrance, with luggage, to the lift from the mezzanine to reception on the 4th floor. You need to press the call bell at the Main Door at street level to be admitted, but reception is manned 24/7 so it's not a problem.
