Perfect location for visiting the city and it’s attractions with almost all attractions on a walking distance

Checking in was a little troublesome because the doors are opened online via vikey (web site) and to open the apartment door there was no mobile service in the building and i had to try multiple times to connect to the wifi to be able to open the door. This was though a very minor issue because once you are in you have your physical keys for the remainder of the stay.

The room was clean and well maintained (clean towels almost every day). The check-in is easy and you can do it at any time. The location is perfect, close to the city center, the port, the metro station so it is a perfect central point for you to explore Naples and the surrounding area.

The room was clean and the location amazing. I love how the staff had clear instructions and were very helpful with every request possible. I stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each one of them

The location is great - central and all important historical sites are within a walking distance, about 100 m from a metro station. Very clean. What impressed me was that I sent a message the fridge was a bit noisy and the next evening they had already fixed it.

The location of the room is very central and it is renovated and modern.

The cleaning part I mean the sheets and towels were clean but the bathroom and the floor weren't properly scrubbed. Also the walls were dirty.

The location of the hotel is very good, plus the room was very comfortable with everything you need.

The AC was not working properly.

Everythink was good. Nice place, good location, and very friendly staff. Everythink explain, and answer all question quick.

The location is perfect - for going shopping into the via Toledo, plenty of cafes and restaurants just outside the building. It is also very near to the port - walking distance, if you want to go to Capri, Sorrento etc, for day excursions. The property was impeccably clean.

I had to check in after 6pm. The staff did send me instructions for self-check in but I was not able to open the door to the apartment. There was no phone or data signal inside the building so it took me a good amount of time to reach out to the out of hours numbers they had provided me and get the right help from them. But once inside it was absolutely perfect. There is free wifi inside the apartment.

The location was perfect. Maybe a toaster would have been great, but not necessary. And a machine for making warm water for the tea :)

It was a bit weird to not see any people of the hotel and that everything works with the application. It was a pitty to not find easy at all a bike to get to the university in Fuorigrotta. When I reached the station at the port, they told me it had changed the address! But this is not connected to the hotel. It was more about the city.

It is clean and good for a stay!

Sometimes the door-unlocking functions in the app dont work and its difficult to depend on them
