I really liked the hotel, it was in a safe location which meant walking around in the evenings was really good. The hotel is also in walking distance to nearly everything I wanted to see and right by a few train stations. The room was always clean and the people in the rooms around were respectful with noise so I didn't have an issue there. The stay was made better by being able to message Stefano whenever I needed throughout my stay for anything hotel related and to do with getting around Naples/tips. He was quick to respond and always very helpful which made it great when travelling alone.

Everything about the room, location etc. was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and very well appointed with a bidet and the shower had a huge square shower head which felt luxurious. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The television worked well and included netflix. We arrived to a complimentary little bottle of prosecco with chilled champagne glasses and lots of snacks and water were included in the room for no extra charge. This is most unusual and very welcome.

All of our communication with the hotel came via text. We never saw another person except the woman who cleaned the room. Mind you the instructions we got via text were fabulous, clear and easy to follow. Also, all recommendations for places to eat etc. were excellent. It was possible to text Stefano when out and about 24/7 and he would help you immediately. While this is great, I personally found it all a little alienating and at one point I suspected I was talking to a computer. I still am not sure. So, everything excellent for those who are in the computer generation. We are seniors and while we loved the accommodation and the service, we would have loved to have met a living person at reception instead of a text.

Got upgraded to a better room, and that was a pleasent surprise from host. The location was perfect it was close to everything. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Whenever we came back from the trip around the city room was cleaned. Check in and check out was easy and understable. The host was always ready to help with any questions either about the room or city. Even tho the windows faced the street noises were not so bad with windows closed so it didn’t bother us.

I booked the Junior Suite with Balcony at SanFelice 33 Luxury Suites for a four night city escape in Naples. The hotel is located within walking distance to the port, convenient for the airport bus or day ferry trips. It is also within walking distance from a metro station. The room is located on the second floor of a busy building and was spacious and comfortable with a balcony facing onto a busy boulevard but excellent sound proofing provided a restful stay. The room has a fridge and good wifi. The bathroom is very satisfactory. The room description says a fireplace is also in the room but there was no fireplace. I never needed any staff assistance and the entrance codes and keys were explained in the messages I received. There is no breakfast included. I felt like I had rented my own apartment and I enjoyed it.

I really depend on descriptions of rooms to be accurate and I was disappointed that the description did not match the actual room but this did not interfere with my very nice stay at SanFelice 33.

Does NOT have a parking place, although we placed the "booking.com" search restriction to select only properties with parking. Parking costs 25 Euro per 24 hours at two parking places where Stefano has established agreements for this reduced price (if the car is small; a medium size car will be charged 30 Euro). In those parkings you must leave the key of the car and the drivers must move cars all the time to make place for the entrance and leaving if cars. We observed one driver of the parking place scratch a small van against a wall. So be aware that these parkings (probably all parkings in the nearby) have these limitations.

The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. It really exceeded our expectations. The fireplace was a nice surprise which made it even more special. Security, staff and attention to details were awesome. Stefano even had a taxi ready for us in the morning, since we had an early flight. And the location was super as well. Safe, secure and in the heart of all the action of Naples. We were there only one night, but it was a fabulous night in Napoli. We will stay at SanFelice 33 again! Very good instructions/communication. Accommodations are very nice, exactly as pictured. I liked the key or code lock options. The elevator was really cool.(see pic) Close to all forms of transport, and many sites, restaurants. Great wi-fi. I did not use it, but it's a nice tv with netflix already set up. I also appreciated the bottles of water and champagne on arrival! I'm planning to stay there again later this month.

Nothing!! But if they had a quick list of their favorite places to eat, it would be nice as a starting point if you have not had time to research.

We had a great stay in a very spacious and beautifully furnished room, located in a stunning historic Neapolitan building. The room was both luxurious and full of character. Everything was spotless, including the shared areas, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — essential during the hot summer days. The place was also quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we return to Napoli.

Great location, only a quick metro ride away from the main train station or a 30 minute walk along a busy street with loads of small stores. Also only about a 10-15 minute walk away from the coast. The check in instructions can seem a little overwhelming once you get there but its a simple process, rooms were very modern and clean, complementary water and snacks was a huge plus.

I could not for the life of me figure out how to control the AC/heat so it was very warm, I just left the window ajar.
