Good location but extremly busy and crowded neighborhoods. Small fridge in the room. Rooms are large and generally comfortable.

Change of towels every second day. No filled missing soap in a small (10 ml) plastic containers. No bigger soap and wash liquids available. Dirty blankets above bed sheets 🙈🙈🙈 RECEPTION DESK WORKS TILL 9:00 PM ONLY ! AND IT'S LOCATED IN OTHER PLACE - WALKING DISTANCE.

Great room.

The features of the booking are really low-cost like. They are VERY strict with check in times (3pm!! and only till 9 pm) and check out times (10 am!!!!) and they charge you for everything (luggage storage, early check in). Staff not very friendly.

This is a boutique hotel with an excellent location and attentive service. Situated in the heart of Naples, it’s within walking distance to many attractions and transport hubs. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and professional, providing multilingual support—ideal for international travelers.

The room was brand new and very clean.

There was a sensor light that it isn't possible to be switched off, and at night, with every move of yours, it flasheshes. Also, there is a 40 euro tax for check-in athought that you can check by yourself and bother no one.

The room was spacious and had all amenities to accommodate our stay. Location was great, near to the historical center, metro station and AliBus stop (direct line from/to airport).

There was no designated space for clothes, some wardrobe or shelves can be added to accommodate longer stays.

It had a beautiful sight to the of Naples. The cleannes of the apartment overall. The aurconditioning worked perfectly just as the water temperature.

They should provide the least ammount of cleaning supplies.

I like the location of the hotel and the room was clean and nice.

It was really hard to find the office for check-in as the instructions in the emails are not clear. And I was not aware that I needed to walk to the location of my room which was like 4 mins walking but still. That is not disclosed.

Location was great. Instructions on how to enter and find the room were clear. Google maps struggled to find the location though. Room was quiet and great for a solo traveler.
