Room was clean and nice sized. AC worked well. While the location is pretty central, the square can be noisy with traffic/honking. Also, this is not your typical hotel. This is like an airbnb suite on one floor in a big building with other businesses/services. We felt safe but it's not your typical hotel.

1. Wi-fi was terrible. We had to reschedule our flight and struggled to get signal to make a phone call. 2. While we appreciated the full-sized window that fully opens, calling a foot-wide ledge a "balcony" is a stretch. 3. Even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping came in to service the room while we were out.

I thought i had a jacuzzi in room. Pictures are deceiving. And room was not soundproof as advertised

I had a Junior Suite room,the view exceeded my expectations. The central location, in front of the hotel you have the metro and you can move easily. You can reach the airport in 30 minutes by bus. Clean, spacious room.

Although it says that check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and that luggage can be left at the reception before this time, however, even though I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 p.m., there was no one at the reception and no one answered the phone, which was unpleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel that offered a fantastic combination of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and restful atmosphere. What's more, the hotel was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. I was delighted to find a variety of restaurants and supermarkets right downstairs, ensuring that I had plenty of dining options and amenities within reach. Additionally, the receptionist, Isaac, was consistently pleasant and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and engaging in friendly conversations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Allesandro the host was excellent, gave us so much information on what to see and do, very pleasant and couldn't have done more for us. And was very funny too. Location was excellent too, right in the middle of all the parts of Naples you would want to see Room was comfy , spacious and clean.

The noise is the only real complaint, as our room overlooked quite a busy road. It comes with the location, not sure there is very much they can do about that.

I would like to praise Anastasia as she went extra mile to help me: my flight was badly delayed and she got in touch with me to advise that she would wait for me despite her shift ending at 23h00. I arrived al ost two hours late! On the following morning I accidentally tally left the key in the room and had to call her early in the morning. She was incredibly helpful and gentle giving me instructions about how to enter the room. She was in her day off and I'm really sorry I woke up her so early! They are so lucky to have such a gem in the team!!! Grazie Anastasia! I travel the world and had never met someone like you before!

The room was clean and spacious, as well, had a great view from the balcony. The location was only 2 metro stops away from the Napoli train station, so not difficult to get to.

A bit problematic to get inside the building, as we had to call the bell and at times nobody would even answer it, the place is short staffed and has only 1 person managing the place, they could barely speak English or even Italian.

The location was perfect. The room received cleaning service and fresh towels every day. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wish to explore Naples without need for a long travel to the city centre.

The accommodation was fine, the location was great, but by far the best thing was the receptionist. By far the kindest receptionist ever, he went out of his way to help, suggested the best spots in the city, and offered to store my backpack. I would definitely return to this accommodation just because of him. Kudos!

The location was great as it was close to both the Ferri port & the main scappanopoli street. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small balcony overlooking the square which made for good views.
