Large room & comfortable beds. Great AC. Loved having a refrigerator. Thank you! Getting inside the apartment building was so unique & cute. Good communication with host but I was so tired from traveling that I missed notifications. My fault.

A little single serve Kuerig in the communal kitchen would have been outstanding. With coffee pods provided as well as creamer/sugars. There was a Coffee machine but only espresso worked. Grab & go granola bar (or similar) would have been great too. Bedding was nice & fresh yet JUST a sheet and no blanket. Had to ask for blankets. Would be nice to just have a couple blankets on hand IN the room. ALSO, knowing in advance that tax is needed to be paid (& in cash only) upon check in would be really helpful. Honestly it may have been in the notes and I missed it. We found this tax cost (cash only) all over Italy.

Location was very handy to Centro Storico and port. Room was a good size and very clean. Early check in time was great and also option for baggage storage.

Was quite noisy. No fault of the property but on a busy road with typical Naples traffic and also on flight path so some airplane noise early in the morning.

the location was 10 minutes away form my office, it has bars/restorants near by and the metro station of università to move around the city. the room was very spacious with all the facilities mentioned in the description box.

Great location, modern room, clean, silent during night-time. We would stay there again! Close to University metro station, close to Bovio bus stop which is amazing if you plan to use Tramvia for daily trips, around 10-15 minutes walking to the port area. Alibus from airport took us to Mollo Beverello which is in the port area. Also there are the tickets shops and ferryboats for trips to Capri, Ischia and Amalfi coast. We plan on coming back to visit more of Naples and we would stay at Civico7 for sure!

The breakfast is simple Italian one at a caffe shop nearby (croissant and a juice or expresso), it can be boring to eat the same thing for 4 days or more.

It was close to the centre plus just a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. Rooms were tidy and clean. Owner communicated well over WhatsApp

Beds were slightly uncomfortable but that’s my preference. Rooms were quite small.

The location is ok, around is a little dodgy but is walking distance to the sea. The staff was very nice they kept our luggage

The WiFi did not work in the room, only in the kitchen area. The peaches for Breakfast were full of mold so we just ate bananas. The parking was close but not included in the price

I liked the location, cleanliness, staff.. everything was great for me .. accessibility to the property was easy ..

Very central, very safe, clean & comfortable rooms. Easy to understand instructions on how to access the rooms. Host available if required. WiFi very good.

Sounds of the city intrude and the curtains were thin. Fortunately I had a sleep mask and ear plugs or i would not have slept The description says 'The bed and breakfast offers an Italian or vegetarian breakfast'. Actually it doesn't offer breakfast at all. You get a voucher for an Itaian coffee and 1 cake breakfast at a bar down the street.

Owner of Civico was exceptional, great communication, waited for us to arrive from the cruise ship so that he could explain things.

The bed was quite hard but that's just my opinion
