Our host Federico has to be the nicest person in the world, it felt like he was constantly thinking about making our stay easy and enjoyable, he even thought to check up on our train due to strikes (as we were traveling to Rome on the train). He provided a map of Naples for us which was really helpful and advised us on where to visit. There was a mix up with our booking (my fault) but Federico couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating about it. The room (we had a triple) was lovely and clean, the air conditioning was great and breakfast was really tasty. The location was ideal for us so would encourage you to choose this B&B for your stay & yes it is through the door with the Military Academy signs either side.

Naples itself is very busy so there was some traffic noise from the street below, but the windows and shutters protected us from most of this and I wear headphones to sleep so it didn't bother me.

The property was located in an ideal location to access shops, restaurants, historic sites, and the Metro. The room was very clean and comfortable. Federico, our host, was excellent at communicating with me prior to our arrival and even escorted me to the parking garage to ensure my car would be safely stored over night. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

If I was to be picky, my only issue would be the shower in our washroom.

Close to Metro; east to get to museums, train station. Light breakfast in comfortable room. Very Clean. Walking around local area was fun. Found clothes we didn't need. Ate food we didn't need. The room was, without much furniture, very comfortable. I never felt cramped and there was much natural light. I noted below that the shower was a small and even so the bathroom seemed 'roomy'. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting Napoli again I hope to stay in the same room.

This is a bed and breakfast with 6 rooms. The owner and operators were unbelievable!! My train from Rome was delayed and the owner himself Michele picked me up from the train station at 9 pm. The next day I had to go to Naples airport and the operator Pierrefedico took my himself. I’ve never experienced people going so above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

The place is situated in a very good location in the old city. Very nice building and walking distance from the port and the historical city of Napoli. The host was very friendly and welcoming really great experience even tho we where there one night. I will be definitely booking the same hotel when back in Napoli

We loved our stay at the Baia di Partenope. Federico was an excellent host - he was in touch the week before our arrival to find out what time we would be there and then on the day. He met us at the building which was great as it would have been a little difficult to find. Room was large and comfortable, and very clean. Shower was excellent. You ordered breakfast the day before from a good selection and it was ready at the time you asked. Federico was great with advice about the city too. The location couldn't be better. Just next to the University metro stop and about 15 mins to some of the main restaurant areas. There is a great ice cream shop just next door and lots of bars and cafes. It felt a very safe area. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Federico!

Federico, the host, was very kind and helpful. Great location, 3 minutes away from subway station Università, near the Centro Storico. Breakfast was delicious, the biggest cornetto I've ever eaten. I would definitely recommend it.

Exceptional Beautiful room, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Federico was so helpful, taking time to show us on a map of best places,all the tourist places to visit nearby and very near to metro. If I go back to Naples I would stay here again😍

Great place to stay! Very well located, clean, good breakfast. Great value for the affordable prices. On top of that, Federico and the staff were extremely nice. Our flight arrived late at night and then kindly helped us to check in late and also they let us keep our luggages after check-out. Highly recommend la Baia di Partenope.
