The breakfast is a Croissant of various fillings or any other pastry and tea or coffee in a coffee nearby. They are sufficient for us. The receptionist, Annalisa, is very helpful and friendly. Although the location is in a busy noisy city centre, we could hardly hear any sound once we close a bedroom window. The room is cleaned daily with an exceptional standard. The shower is powerful and enjoyable. We have no hesitation to recommend this guest house to anyone. As Napoliving have advised that their guest apartments are not staffed, so it is best to confirm your time of arrival with the host through their provided contact details.

The length of the shower screen is too short, so some water will escape onto dry area but it is understood their architect has tried the most space saving way of fitting bidet and WC into the shower room. Their cleaner clean rooms daily, so this is not any issue to us.

Spotless, brand new, fresh towels and sheet, comfortable bed and bright colours! The host was super helpful and organised and helped us with our late check in. The location is great, spotted in a nice area. They offer breakfast (just coffee and croissant) at the coffee shop just downstairs. I would definitely stay there again.

If I could say something to contribute to the upgrade of the hotel would be to give the guests a choice in breakfast. For instance, I don’t prefer sweets for breakfast, and it would be nice for guests to have a choice between pastry or salty. Apart from that everything was great.

Fully renovated room, excellent bathroom/shower! Crisp linen. Comfy bed and pillows. Central location: metro, port, main attractions all in walking distance. Hugely accommodating host (mille grazie Annalisa). Simple breakfast (coffee and cornetto) included at nearby cafe. BONUS - €6 wash and blow wave 50m away at ‘Di Benedetto’ !!

Absolutely nothing.

The room in the picture was the one we had and was a great size. It was spotlessly clean with good quality bedding and towels. The toiletries supplied were also of a high standard. There was ample tea/coffee and also a mini bar with a good selection.

For breakfast you go to cafe next door and you get a coffee and a pastry which I didn't think was good value also the chap at the cafe bordered on being rude. It would also have been helpful if we had been informed of the Metro close by. We were told it was less than 25 minute walk from Napoli Centrale to accommodation but at 58 with a backpack it took longer. The metro was less than 100m and we could have got on at train station. These are minor things and when we return to Napoli we will stay here again.

Perfect location walking distance (15-20) to Spanish quarters and Spaccanapoli; 10-15 min walk to port. Very clean, airy and spacious room I had the Capri room. Located on 3rd floor of a condominium with elevator access. It consists of 5 rooms in total. Plenty of restaurants and bars around plus Bus & subway station right there. Room is pretty sound proof when balcony door is closed. AC works really well and shower pressure excellent. Room is cleaned every day and coffee/tea and mini bar replenished daily. I would suggest the mini fridge be adjusted to colder (couldn't find temp adjustment) especially in summer. Also the extract fan in bathroom kind of loud and annoying. Over all a very nice place to stay in the heart of Naples.

Napoliving is located in a beautiful old building on Corso Umberto just 3 minutes walk from the Universita metro station. The rooms are bright, modern and exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds and lovely shower rooms. A coffee machine, kettle and fridge (stocked with wine, beer, water and soft drinks at very reasonable prices), hairdryer, large screen tv and plenty of electricity sockets, provide everything you need. A voucher is provided for breakfast (coffee and pastry) at a nearby cafe.

The location was great, we walked everywhere - the port, the historical center, there is a lot of restaurants around. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room, daily cleaning was available. The room was nice, clean, quiet, comfortable for our three night stay.

If I had to pick anything I’d say could do with extra mirror in the bedroom area not just the one in bathroom. Hooks for coats behind the door, box of tissues, and because we are English we like milk in our tea. 😊

Lovely rooms, modern and clean. The communication and the instructions provided for late check-in were 1st class, and made us feel welcome. The service was very friendly.

A very minor thing, but we were tired from our delayed arrival and were woken by the cleaners being quite loud in the corridor at 7am.

On foot to everywhere in Naples.Road beneath is extremely noisy but room is quiet.Room is new and bathroom is very good with lots of hot water.Breakfast at the coffeshop downstairs is sufficient.Safe as there are at least two locked doors to enter the b&b.
