For all the important stuff, this accomodation ticks the boxes. Location- we walked from Napoli centrale with small suitcases, about 25 mins easy walk. Faces main rd and feels safe. We walked everywhere while there but the metro was close if you need- universita. I preferred being on a main rd and when the balcony doors were closed you don’t notice noise much. It’s situated in an apartment building on 2nd floor, (free) lift works well, secure entry. The rooms surround a central dining/kitchen area. You can go to make a coffee etc when you like. They serve breakfast there but sometimes they send you to the local cafe bar Mexico- we did this option and everything was delicious. I’d recommend going there- great coffee and amazing pastries. We booked the ‘gold’ room with a balcony and it was wonderful to sit and look over the street. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend! Check in was in person. Cleaner came daily but didn’t change towels, not sure on their policy on this. That surprised us, at that price point. Water pressure in shower could have been stronger but still ok, big shower area. Good communication with host. Overall recommend this place and Napoli is wonderful. Wish I could stay longer.

Very central. Our host was helpful on day 1 with maps and general restaurant information. He also organized a driver to take us to Positano which was a great help. The driver was excellent.. couldn’t have been more helpful!

We just found Naples very scruffy.. the pavements are dirty.. litter everywhere. We are very grateful that we went onto the Hop On/Off buses as they take you to the Lungomare which is the Riviera of Naples and showed us just how wonderful the coastline there is....beautiful bays/yachts .... palazzi ..wonderful magnolias..bougainvillea tumbling over the buildings! A real eye opener!

Beautiful room exactly as photographed. We stayed in the king room. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean and spacious. Aircon great. Lovely communal space for breakfast although we didn’t eat breakfast there because we left for a tour too early. Luigi contacted us before arrival to make sure he was there to show us around and was a great host.

Bathroom is gorgeous and large but not air conditioned so gets humid. Some mould in grout which just needs a good scrub with bleach. Not uncommon in humid places though. The street is relatively central but not an expensive area so lots of graffiti and rubbish lying around. The high end designer street is not far away but accomodation there is expensive so we found this to be a good compromise of lovely accomodation

A hidden gem in a lovely location. The staff - Luigi in particular could not have been more helpful. Excellent service - Luigi made contact with us before arrival offering assistance and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and best restaurants in the area. The room was stunning, modern and very comfortable. We highly recommend Umberto 34 for your stay at Naples - Book Now!!! 😍

Nothing, it was just perfect for us

Amazing location! The room exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely stay here again when returning to Naples. There is a lift which is very helpful for luggage. Luigi was incredibly helpful with check-in and setting us up with a ride from the airport. A short walk to the bus stop and not far from the Port.

No complaints!

The room was decorated beautifully and very comfortable including the bed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the morning was very friendly and extremely helpful with our questions.

There were some minor issues with the taxi pickup arranged by the B&B, we had trouble finding our driver despite whatsapp. Upon arrival in the B&B the checkin (late in evening) was rushed and we had some trouble later on with our wifi due to a misunderstanding with wifi instructions.

Very friendly staff, beautiful room, room service included and some little gifts as well! Would definitely recommend! The communication with the owners also very good including tips for the city on the first day.

Loud neighbours in the morning, but Naples is a loud city so the apartment is not to blame.

Modern room in a great location near Naples Uni & ten mins to the old town. It was lovely they let us drop our bags early and leave them the next day so we could enjoy our time in Naples.

We couldn’t get the air con to get cold but that would have been fixed by now. Everything else was great.

Good value for money with a comfortable room for the night in Napoli.

Self check in would be nice if you’re arriving later and unsure of your arrival time however a staff member was on time to greet us at our arranged time.

Great room in a central location, close to bars / restaurants, the metro and walking distance to the boats to the islands. 2 places for breakfast just next to the entrance. Great tips from Luigi and a super friendly check in.
