The room was stylish, beautifully decorated, and kept very clean. Mattia, the host, was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the smart check-in process easy and fast with his clear guidance. Check-out was also straightforward, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage securely before our return flight. The location is excellent—very close to the metro station and within walking distance of Napoli's main attractions. We felt safe during our stay, as the external door of the complex is locked and monitored by a security guard, the B&B floor is accessed via a passcode, and the room requires a key card. Breakfast was provided in the room on the first day at the agreed-upon time, which was convenient.

From the first evening, the room had a noticeable smell of humidity, which was unpleasant. Additionally, breakfast was only provided in the room on the first day. On the second day, we were asked to have breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. We understand the change but the offering of just a snack and a drink felt very basic, especially considering we had paid extra for breakfast. The most significant issue was the lack of warm water. It was rather lukewarm. We were unable to take a proper warm shower during our stay, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

We had an amazing stay. location is great, close to a metro station and right in the center. The staff is very nice and the room was very clean. The guy on the reception explained to us about the places we must see at Napoli and his information was very helpful. we had free water, juice and other things for free. recommended!

The rooms were not big enough and the walls are not sealed, you can sometimes hear what is happening in the next room or in the corridor..

The property is in an amazing location in the city centre however it is very peaceful. It’s very close to the port where you can very easily get a ferry to several islands and locations ! The owner was very helpful and kind ! Went above and beyond from providing welcoming snacks and drink’s and amazing breakfasts ! Gave amazing advice on where to eat and what sights to see ! Room was always clean and the air con works great.

It was a pleasure to stay there. The place was spotless, the facilities were great, and everything (water, tea, etc.) was replenished every day. Communication via WhatsApp was also really smooth. The location was great. Mattia really went the extra mile. Thanks a bunch! We'd really like to come back. :)

At first glance, the room looks very simple. However: - The TV in the room is a Smart TV. So I could just login to my Netflix account and I felt as if I was home. - There is a socket next to the bed, one regular socket and one USB socket, which meant I could charge both my phone and my power bank over night. - The bathroom is comfortable. There is a normal place to put your own toiletries inside the shower. - Mattia the host made all the effort for us. When he realized my son was not eating his breakfast he was proactive, reached out to me over WhatsApp and together we tried (and finally succeeded) to make changes to breakfast so my son would eat. - The location is great. There is a metro station in the corner, an excellent gelateria downstairs, the historic center is a 5 minutes walk, the Spanish quarter is 10 minutes walk and so is the port. It is located in a traditional Italian building which is really nice.

- The safe don't fit a laptop.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the commuting convenience it offered was outstanding. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options. The management staff impressed me with their responsible and attentive service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel well taken care of. Moreover, the hotel's interior environment was impeccably clean. The rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were spotless. I truly appreciated the dedication to cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, thanks to the convenient commuting location, responsible management staff, and pristine cleanliness of the interior.

Very central accommodation, which made getting around on foot really easy. Very comfortable and cozy, with a delicious breakfast served in the room, which truly made a difference. I must also highlight the host's kindness and willingness to help with anything we needed. A wonderful experience!

Great location, easy to get to by metro from the main train station. Surprisingly quiet inside, given the everyday noise of Naples. Very friendly & helpful staff with lots of suggestions on what to see & how to get around (including how to get across the street without incident). Great to find a kettle & tea bags in the room and an abundant breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this B&B & would happily stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the perfume of the room freshener or cleaning products used. Just a bit too strong but easily solved by opening the window.

Decent location. I had considered the Universitat metro station for my commute but unfortunately it was closed for repairs. Bus station is also right in front of the building. Bathroom was clean with modern fittings. It is located in a residential apartment building so is nice and quiet. I am personally not the biggest fan of the in-room breakfast but they have a few options in it for the people who are okay with it.

There was some communication gap between the property manager which resulted in a somewhat bumpy check-in for me as it does not have 24/7 reception. The room carpet could've been cleaner. The water in the bathroom took some running until it reached the required temperature.
