Everything was wonderful, from pre-arrival communication through to check-out. The host was warm and welcoming, offered tips and advice, showed me around the room and arranged for me to leave my luggage for a few hours before my departing flight. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was excellent, spacious, had a little balcony overlooking the street and had a fridge, coffee machine, sink, cutlery and even a little stove. It was clean, bed was comfortable and the location is prime. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Naples.

We had a great stay here with Antonio and Vanna who were perfect hosts. They went out of their way to help us with questions, and were always prompt with replies. local recommendations were great, especially restaurants 😋. They gave us tickets to get breakfast at a very local cafe everyday which was very good and served up excellent coffee / pastries / sandwiches. The ticket gets you coffee and a pastry. The room was great with plenty of space. We did agree to have the room facing the front street. Just a warning that its noisy at night if you stay in that room. We went into that knowing that would probably be the case. Ear plugs are provided which you could always wear. We would stay there again.

We loved everything about this property…a superb location, quiet and safe, an outstandingly welcoming host, themed room, clean, modern, comfortable beds, every convenience we could have needed was provided. So grateful to have found this property and super grateful to Antonio for all of his kind help, information and generosity. We loved our stay. No improvements could be made.

I loved everything from the beginning until the end. The room was amazing, The details about what to do and where to go given at the beginning were just perfect. Any time we had a question I just asked Antonio and he replied instantly. He was very nice and paid attention to all details. I told him we were there to celebrate my boyfriend's Birthday and he left us a little bottle of proseco and two delicious typical Naples desserts, he also left us a candle and a lighter. This is exactly the accommodation you were looking for. We traveled to Naples for our 10th anniversary, and the place we stayed was truly amazing and exceptional, making our trip many times more enjoyable. When we arrived, they had arranged a wonderful surprise in our room and treated us with a very delicious cake. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. It is part of an old building that has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are decorated with modern decor and beautiful furniture. Located in the best possible location in Naples, it is just a few steps away from the city's top attractions and the metro. But most importantly, the manager of the accommodation immediately becomes one of your friends upon arrival, making you feel like you've known each other your entire life. Extremely friendly, warm-hearted, cheerful, responsible, and skilled in his work. I am very happy and proud that I chose this accommodation.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave Naples and this wonderful accommodation after 7 days.

The property is within a grand old Neapolitan building in the University area which is an attractive and safe feeling area full of nice shops and places to eat. It’s also very close to the metro station too and walkable to all the sites we wanted to visit. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and provided everything one might need eg.well stocked fridge, free treats such as sweets and biscuits, shampoo, soap, air con, TV etc. We had a tiny little balcony with chairs and table too. Antonio our host was lovely and could not have been more helpful. He recommended and booked a great local restaurant, ordered our taxi and was all round delightful. Thank you so much Antonio.

Everything about this stay was amazing, Vanna and Antonio were lovely and took the time to show us on a map where to go for food, Drinks and hidden gems of the city, getting this information from a local was invaluable so thank you! The room (which felt more like an apartment!) was spacious and furnished well (with amazing air conditioning in the hot August weather) , the cleaner also came everyday so it always felt fresh. The location is perfect, so close to the metro and to the food and nightlife. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, incredible stay for amazing value! 😍

The hosts were extremely kind and eager to help - both before our stay via online communication and during our stay. The bedroom as well as the bathroom were beautiful, spacious and very clean. They were very well-equipped and definitely had everything you need. Also, the location was great as well - directly in the historic center of Naples. We would wholeheartedly recommend Napoli Cityscape and would undoubtedly stay here again!

Everything was perfect, the accommodation was walking distance from all the main attractions, we didn't use the bus or the metro at all, the area was very quiet, which it is very uncommon for Naples :), and the room also. It was very comfortable and it had everything that we need. Also, it has an elevator, so if you have many luggage it is perfect. The owners are really nice and they provide you all the information needed in order to make your journey beautiful. If you are traveling by car, there is public parking on the street and also a private parking within 1 minute distance of the accommodation, also there are restaurants in the area and the closest metro station is two minutes away. I strongly recommend this accommodation!

Brilliant location as it is in the historical centre, great hospitality and value for the place you get! Cannot thank the hosts enough tbh. During my stay at the airbnb my first impression is that everything is super clean and well put together has smart tv small coffee machine and a fridge, hosts provided everyday cleaning and upon entry they sat with us to recommend us everything there is to do in Naples. Vey nice of them as we arrived late at the premises. We specifically booked to stay for the New Years celebrations, hence I needed assistance with taxis to the airport and they were available to my messages at all times. But the cutest thing was that on NYE I walked in the room to find a traditional Italian cake with Prosecco and a lucky charm (corno) and a card from the hosts wishing us a happy new year. Would recommend you the place with closed eyes. Thank you for the nice memories. I truly couldn’t ask for better hosts
