The location exceeded expectations, short walking distances to the downtown area (sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars) as well as commuting (ferry port and airport shuttle both at a walking distance) The room was large and clean, but smelt of cigarettes (perhaps through the air condition machine). The breakfast was only 6€, and had all the essentials. Staff were kind, but did not take any extra lenghts when requested (breakfast to the room). A perfect city get away for those wanting to experience the city.

The hotel is in a good location..close to alibus stop station next to the port and only few minutes from the center of napoli.breakfast was good even thoe not alot to choose from but i liked it.the staff was nice and helpfull.About the a/c in the room be sure all doors and window are closed and switch it on.plus you think that the window that is high in the room does not open!!!! But it does there are switches in the room that open up the windows.but all was good for me!

Location is nice, staff speak English and very helpful, they provided early check in and bigger room as I had a lot of luggage, breakfast was nice.

Noise isolation is weak, internet didn’t work well during several hours, I called Reception and they fixed it. I asked for an iron, they brought it but I never received an iron board so had to iron on the bed which was still ok for me. I find AC control system complicated as it turns off when you leave the room and take the key card from energy slot, this case room gets hot and when you arrive to your room you have to wait AC to run and cool down the temperature. But you can solve it asking for 2 keys. Breakfast area and the elevator is too hot. This hotel definitely deserves better rating, I am leaving this hotel with positive impressions, just above constructive feedback to be considered. Thank you for your hospitality, arrivederci !

They gave me a fabulous room!!! I think that it was the best room in the hotel! Corner room..one door opened onto tiny balcony on street which I like. Then it had a 2nd door that opened onto their outdoor terrace. It was not set up yet because too early in the season but there were chairs available to move around and sit in. Room was spacious and had a small refrigerator which I really like. Reception staff during day man was excellent.. very helpful. I added breakfast which was very good.

I booked this hotel for my son on his first day in Italy. I wanted to find a place that was safe, and also easy to find and contact, as so many reviews I had read mentioned other accommodation that was impossible to find, or tucked away on the 5th floor and unable to reach the owners. My son arrived early in the morning expecting to drop his bags at reception, but they let him have early entry to their room as his girlfriend was feeling sick and they had not slept the night before due to travel. Appreciated the staff's kindness.

Friendly and helpful staff. The communal areas have recently been renovated. Aircon is fairly modern, works well and is not too noisy. Great location to explore Naples. Most obvious places are within walking distance. Metro is less than a minute away. I did not have breakfast in the hotel but can recommend the cornettos at Perfectoo.

The cleaning services, and the room dimension. Reception with very accurate tips, guidance, and services. It is located in a unique spot in the historic center, with LIMITED NOISE, and close to all "hot" spots on foot.

The lack of smiling from reception personnel (all the 3 of them). Below the average, level of English fluency. Breakfast was very typical and poor in terms of alternatives. We called to pay 21€ on top for the 3days stay@the hotel as a municipality tax.

great location only a two minutes from the metro, I arrived at the hotel in only 15 minutes from the train station, staff very friendly nice clean room with a fridge.

the only thing was my room didn't have a window, but hey I was only using it to sleep in. saying that I was only in Naples for two days, so didn't get to see all, but when I come back I will book this hotel

Nice comunication! Fast booking, check in and out. 24 hs reception. Great 3 days in Naples. Secure wifi. Great staff, from reception to breakfast and cleanliness. Nice room (for 3) very digitalized! Silent room. Near to all needs (metro station, Spanish Quartier, attractions, meals, etc). Breakfast basic but for me enough (limitless cofee, fruit, eggs, yogurt, etc)

Is hard to find. For that price and in that season, (in addition, the main religious festivity, San Jenaro), sure I will come back!

Very good location, 1 street away from metro and close to the port and many places to eat/drink, nice terrace outside, very helpful staff. Great value for money. Undergoing some painting/refresh.

Issue with air con in first room, but this was quickly sorted with a room change. So it’s actually a positive. Didn’t get breakfast there, I recall the website being a little costly but there are so many local places to go.
