The guesthouse owner Mario was exceptional, he went above and beyond - always checking up on us to ensure we get the best out of the city; providing us direction and recommendation. He even helped us to call Taxi on our last day. A true representation of going above and beyond. Mario is connected through Whatsapp, making it easy for us to communicate. He is fluent in French and Italian, but also speak English well enough to communicate. Not mentioned in the booking, he even supplied a small breakfast and coffee which was very welcomed from us - save us the trouble of finding breakfast. Room has a kettle along with tea and coffee. Mario also stock a fridge in the reception area that guest can help themselves to drinks - just write your name down and he will charge it to your room. Pricing is very reasonable. The guest house location was right off the Metro, has elevator access. Close enough to the old town, most of city attraction is walkable within 15-20 minutes from the guest house with supermarket nearby just up the incline. Room we stayed in was the Triosi suite, it was well kept and spacious - allowing us to open both 29" suitcase at once

None, to be honest there isn't anything to complain about. The room has AC unit but not in the bathroom. AC takes 4-5 minutes to cool the room down but is totally acceptable.

Perfect location close to port, buses, metro, trains and easy to access areas of the city by foot. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Air-con was effective Double glazing kept out noise Very clean Appreciated the complimentary pastries and coffee at breakfast Room was made clean and tidy each day when we were out Hosts were very helpful and friendly Sound-proofing within the hotel was very good so we were not disturbed by noise of other guests Appreciated the safe, mini-fridge and tea-making facilities in our room. There was a bar in the communal area with an honesty-credit-ledger type arrangement.

Busy road outside hotel; however, the double-glazing on the windows ensured we were not disturbed by the traffic noise. And, to be honest, all roads in Naples are busy because it’s a very bustling, lively city. We slept well every night of our stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Napoliamo Guest House, hosted by Mario. From the moment I arrived, Mario went above and beyond to make my experience in Naples memorable. He kindly took the time to walk me through a map of the city, offering thoughtful recommendations for things to do and excellent local restaurants to try. Every morning started perfectly with a complimentary breakfast, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the day. Mario was always available on WhatsApp, ready to help with anything—from room requests to insider tips about the city. The room itself was spacious, modern, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including fast, reliable WiFi. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Naples and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Mario’s hospitality, combined with the comfort and convenience of the guest house, made my stay truly special. I highly recommend Napoliamo Guest House to anyone visiting Naples—you won’t be disappointed!

There was none!

Room was very clean and comfortable, spacious and well equipped with toiletries and a fridge. The property has a very nice room where they serve coffee and pastries in the morning, and they all have a fridge with water, sodas and other drinks one can purchase during the stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, very attentive and took care of all our requests. Location is very convenient, right in the center of the city, next to a subway station, and although our room was overlooking the main road, the windows were thick enough to block out most of the traffic noise.

This wasn’t my first visit to Naples, but I can confidently say this was the best accommodation we’ve had so far. It was clean, well-kept, and close to everything — at least everything that mattered to us, like Molo Beverello, the Spanish Quarter, the Museum, etc. Our host, Mario, was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Tiziana as well — a lovely, smiling lady. Our room was always clean, we were given plenty of towels, there were toiletries, enough toilet paper, air conditioning — everything we needed. The room was also quiet, which is quite rare in Naples. :) I can only recommend it — in fact, we already said when we left that we’re definitely coming back, hopefully even later this year.

I am pretty sure you can't find a better accommodation in terms of location, facilities and hospitability!

This is an amazing small guesthouse where you immediately feel at home. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, spotless (cleaned daily), and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect - close to the metro and just a short walk to the historic center. In the morning we were treated with delicious coffee and fresh croissants. Mario, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He gave us excellent tips on what to see and especially where to eat - not touristy places, but the true hidden gems of Naples. Provided a map with indications, and was always available on WhatsApp for any question. He also kindly arranged our airport transfer. Highly recommended!

Staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. They were there on our arrival (earlier than expected). Gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and showed us a map of the city. Breakfast was complimentary and was just perfect. Coffee and pastries to start the day. The rooms were spacious and air con was great The facilities were good. We used the kitchen one night to cook and they had everything we needed I am pregnant and wanted to get a taxi to the airport however they were coming up as €60 on booking.com. Tiziana managed to call us a taxi which was less than half the price and she waited at the property until we had left. They were so kind and professional! Couldn’t recommend them enough. The property was close to the main streets and the Gesu novou was is free to visit

There were some stains on the white sheets in the bed. The sheets were clean but they were yellow stains that obviously hadn’t come out in the wash

We LOVED Napoliamo Guest House in Naples! We were a couple travelling with our adult son and booked for 3 people (actually 4, but one of our sons couldn't make it). The room was huge with 2 beds, and even had a kitchen island with fridge, sink and stovetop. It had a fun view overlooking the busy streets of Naples. Right from the moment we arrived, Mario was there to check us in, explain everything about the guest house, gave us a Naples map and showed us good places to go and recommended restaurants. We loved his personal nature and his obvious desire to make sure we knew what we needed to know. He was also great answering our questions via WhatsApp throughout our stay too. Breakfast (although if I recall correctly, they don't say they offer breakfast), they actually do, served up by a wonderful woman (apologies that I can't remember her name just now, she was the best, really!) They have a sunny charming book-lined breakfast room and offer cappuccino (or other drinks) and pastries. A really wonderful way to start the day! Our room was clean and spacious. AND you can't beat the location, very walkable to all the sites! Finally, Mario was also super helpful when we had to book a taxi to the airport when we had to leave. So I would strongly recommend staying here if you want a very friendly, warm and helpful place with clean rooms in a fantastic Naples location. Small and charming! Our stay at Napoliamo was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Mario made us feel incredibly welcome. He’s not just a host — he’s a genuinely kind and helpful person who truly cares about his guests. The guesthouse itself is charming, clean, and perfectly located, but what really made the experience special was Mario’s hospitality. He gave us fantastic recommendations that helped us discover the true heart of Napoli — every place he suggested was spot on!
