location was really good, owner was very responsive to messages, room clean and really comfy beds. nice tv & good aircon.

i thought charging an extra 20eur for arriving at 9PM (after 8PM) doesn't make sense, especially, cause there's a keypad so there's no need to have a reception to enter. (it's 30euros if after 11PM). unfortunately, this to me is negative. when you pay for the room, you pay to check in after 14:00 and checkout at 10:00... there was no need for additional fees. when we checked out, we were asked to leave the keys on the reception desk cause nobody was going to be there at 10:00 (which is fine, but how is this Ok then?). I hope you will remove this charge for your future patrons. also, you could use their coffee making facilities, etc. but you need to pay for everything. although the apartment seems 'new' there are already things that are broken (toilet seat, toilet paper holder).

The location is excellent, on a safe boulevard, with lots of shops and restaurants, close to the old center, the port and the railway station. The apartment building is old and authentic, has a cool vintage vibe.

The apartment furnishing is simple, functional, yet rather outdated. The dishes and glasses had stains on them, and the dishwashing sponge was dirty and overused by previous guests. No mosquito nest on windows.

I’ve been here for 6 nights with my family. The staff, especially Angela, was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy, and the location is great, close to the bus and train station.

The fridge wasn’t good enough; it had water leaking. Additionally, the pillows were not comfortable.

Spanking new fittings/ fixtures/ comfy Ac bed/ …. n the regular daily change ups of linen/ cleaning..The 5th floor / balcony overlooking the ferries 👍🏽.. quaint lift too

After getting the keys and being shown around, there are no property people at reception or ever, though they respond promptly through WhatsApp … you’ve just rented a flat basically… and you must make all other arrangements

Location is perfect and set up is exactly what you need for a city break, with an area and facilities to eat and drink before and after the myriad of opportunities to this fabulous city.

Having to go home

The location of this apartment is great, right in the middle of the port and the main train station in Naples. The communication with the owners was fantastic and although they were not physically there 24/7 they responded straight away when I submitted questions on whats app. The room was super clean, the staff were attentive and they even provided a safe location for our luggage after check-out and drinks such as coffee, water and tea at a very good value. They use an honesty box and the bottle of water is only €0.50 for example, so we always got a bottle each from there in the morning, before we started our day. The rooms are comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped with a hairdryer as well and there's a supermarket right behind the building. Also gellateria across the street. Cosimo will take a good care of you and provide any information you need on visiting Naples best sites, so hurry, check-in here and enjoy your stay.

Everything was perfect as promissed and above. We received really warm welcome from our host, based on nice communication. All promises kept. Relyable. Special. Great experience.

I am not big fan of shower corners with window facing directly the bed …. but this is pesonal and cultural matter. Otherwise everything was outstanding !!!

The property is very neat and clean also bed is very comfortable. The staff is amazing. The location is very central to all the food places with 10-15 mins walk

Great location and good sized rooms, the communal kitchen area was a perfect addition for breakfast and a coffee

Being towards the end of the summer the bathroom needed a bit a tidy (some sealant start to go and tighten the shower head)

Breakfast not available however, popolar coffe shop just across the road and others nearby There is a common area with coffee machine and table for a break if needed

A bar fridge in the room would have been handy
