The owner of the apartment is just great! He suggested everything worth visiting, was very nice and always wanted to help. Also, very nice staff at the breakfast restaurant, which made our trip incredibly enjoyable. It is worth noting that the house and the district where the apartment is located are incredibly beautiful, authentic and I highly recommend choosing this place.

The room in general does not look new, there are a lot of details that do not look good and generally need to be renovated. With breakfast, you should be careful that this is an Italian breakfast, so it may be smaller than usual.

I really liked staying at this place for a couple of reasons: #1: The owner, Francesco, is truly wonderful & accommodating! He gave me a full spiel in the beginning of where to go, where NOT to go, where to eat, what important areas are worth visiting, etc. I mean, I haven't done any research prior to coming, so this gave me such a good summary of what to check out since I was only there for a limited time. He was responsive to all my communications, and he was very accommodating to all my requests. He even introduced me to the owner of the cafe next door to the Belllorizzonte! #2: The location is perfect. It is only two stops away via metro from the central station, so it's close enough that it's easy to get to, and far enough from the busy central station area. There's so many food places around, and it is easily walkable. The building is easy to find as well, and Francesco gives you a detailed guide on how to get into the building. #3: The room is clean & nice! It is well kept, and it smelled great! The air conditioning was powerful (love sleeping cold), and the bathrooms were clean as well. It is a nice size, and you have everything you need in there! Overall, I highly recommend this place! Just confirm that booking already!

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying in the center of Naples, and it was an experience to remember. The location couldn't have been more perfect, placing us right in the midst of the city's vibrant culture and historical charm. Our host, Francesko, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, providing us with invaluable tips on where to go and what to look for. His local insights truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to explore Naples with confidence. The nearby restaurants, including one recommended by Francesko, offered a variety of delicious meals that captured the essence of Neapolitan cuisine. Overall, our stay in Naples was wonderful. The central location, warm hospitality, and mouthwatering food made it a trip we will cherish forever. We can't wait to return and explore more of this beautiful city! Thank you Francesko.

Everything was perfect!

Central location within walking distance from major sites. We were greeted very warmly on arrival by Francesco and his friend Lorenzo. They have a great knowledge and passion for Naples and we can't thank them enough for taking the time to recommend cafes, restaurants and places of interest, as well as tips on what to avoid. We look forward to returning and visiting those sites we didn't have time to visit and meeting again with Francesco and Lorenzo.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast for me is my, favorite, coffee and as an added bonus Sfogliatella, which I loved. The restaurant was a stone's throw away and ended up being where I ate many delicious meals. The location was ideal; close to the airport. close to the subway and the buses. Walking, easily got me to most of the places I wanted to explore. Francesco was kind and very helpful.

Well, Naples, while lovely, is a bit chaotic, so, when the morning rush to work began, that was my alarm clock.. In general I prefer hotels, but this Air B&B won me over for the because of the very engaged owner.

This was a great location. Very secure B&B. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. The big bonus was the great owner. Francesco is very friendly and helpful. Meet us at the gate and show us everything and more. Give us advice on where best to eat and how to get around. Helped us with a taxi to the airport. Everything was great, no complaints at all. Have to say the street was busy and a bit noisy, just keep it in mind. This is Naples after all. But it didn't bother us at all. Thank you Francesco for our hassle free accommodation.

We enjoyed breakfast provided in the cafe below our room. It was great eating it on the terrace. Location was right by a metro stop and equally convenient for the old city and the port (for ferries to the islands). Our host was extremely helpful and checked regularly to make sure we were having a good time. We enjoyed chatting to him and he gave us a lot of interesting background information about Naples

Right at the end of our stay we discovered that the entrance door to the B and B operates by electricity. Francesco contacted us on our last morning as he thought the electricity might have cut out, and explained how to open the door with a key we hadn't used before. We were concerned to realise that - had there been a fire during our stay affecting the electricity supply - we would have been unable to escape. We would have expected to have been given information at check in about how to open the entrance door with this extra key if power is cut.

We didn’t have breakfast in our accommodation as wanted to try as many eateries outside which I must admit we were never disappointed. Francesco was truly outstanding, professional on all counts, he ran through restaurants and bars which would suit us and they did, 10 out of 10 for this young man for his hospitality. Certainly we will return to this accomodation

Absolutely zero, we throughly enjoyed our stay in Naples with visits to Capri Sorento Pompei & Naples, great place to visit.

Nice room in a lovely old building, with a lot of the original features, i.e. old lift, internal atrium with plants, stonework, etc. Great location for everything we needed such as bars, restaurants, transport, historical sites, getting to Pompeii, Amalfi coast, etc. AC was silent and efficient! The owner was really nice, polite, helpful , friendly and kind. I can recommend this place!

The location of this property was exactly what I hoped - a short walk to the port of Naples to make daily excursions to the islands. I could not be happier! The area was safe and bustling with energy, and the walk to and from the port could not have been easier. The ability to access all parts of the city on foot made exploring all the beauty that Naples has to offer so easy. Francesco was so helpful and attentive to his guests' needs. He kindly checked in on me daily which I appreciated as a solo traveler. He assisted with a taxi booking for the airport and gave great advice on the city and islands to help me plan my week.

Nothing - I appreciated the A/C to keep the room cool at night for sleeping. And even though the property is in the city on a main street, the quality of the windows and doors were excellent to keep the room quiet. City noise was not apparent at all!
