We stayed here for three nights and have no faults at all! The property is clean and the air conditioning a very welcome sight when you’re British and not used to the hot weather we experienced! The cleanliness was fantastic and we were so grateful to have the amenities to prepare food for ourselves etc! The bed itself was super comfy and large (we were two friends sharing) and we couldn’t feel the other person wriggling during the night.

Absolutely nothing all. Pleasure to stay and will definitely come again.

The location and the size of property are very good. The apartment is close to the sea side, you can even see the sea from the window 😀 It is also close to subway and historical city center. There are lots of different pizzerias, caffès and historical places around. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The comfort is always about your requirements and cleanliness standards. Personally, I would suggest to fix the shower and change the mattress. The water is leaking from the shower cabin and the large shower faucet doesn’t work. The mattress is quite old and has some soft parts. Some facilities in general are quite old, however, still work for their purpose. If you look into details, you can find some disadvantages, but in general for short stay it is very good.

There was very good communication from Francesca. We arrived in Naples before check in time and so she arranged for Mrs Enza to meet us at the property so that we could leave our bags. There are steps to the first floor and then a lift. The property felt safe and it was the perfect location. It was good value for money and our room was cleaned each day. Air con worked well and we were not kept awake by noise. The port was easy walking distance as was great shopping and lovely restaurants.

We stayed for two nights we were in the room with two single beds. It was quite a small room and was fine as we were out all day but I would not have wanted to stay for a longer period of time. The fridge was great but right next to one of the beds and had to be unplugged if you wanted to use the socket next to the bed.

The room was lovely and just enough room. Had a kettle and fridge which were ideal Clean roomy bathroom We used the metro a lot and it was just on our doorstep And the view even though the road noisy the view from the little balcony looking at the sea was lovely

Wasn't anything really maybe luggage storage would have helped as check out is 10am but we still wanted to stay in the area for the day and would have been nice to not take bags with us.

A spacious studio apartment, with large bedroom (high ceiling, bed 160cms) and modern bathroom. Kitchen is functional. Close to 'Università' metro and the port. Easy walk to Centro Storico or to Chiaia areas. Francesca was very helpful in texting and Ms. Enza the cleaner really kind. The aircon works well in the bedroom.

The area, like much of Naples, is fairly noisy but with the windows shut it was very quiet. The kitchen is functional but needs a little updating. They fixed the washing machine very quickly and provided more clothes pegs. Good value for money.

The hostess was in touch since the confirmation of the booking. Francesca is very helpful, supportive and kind. She was making sure that one was comfortable and gave us advice on how to move through the city and get to places. The location couldn’t be more perfect. At 5min walking one can find restaurants, bus stop, the port, underground stations, market, a place where to hold the luggage.

The internet is a bit unstable, though it didn’t bother us at all. In the end, it worked for what we needed.

fab stay! it’s an old building with very narrow stone staircase so be aware if any mobility issues or lots of luggage. Brilliant host who greeted and explained the locking system very safe security, and was to hand on WhatsApp messenger whenever we needed help. Amazing location perfect for buses and port for-the ferry is across the road very busy roads but double glazing blocked out any street noise. Room was perfect for our stay comfortable bed hot shower great air conditioning. Great little cafe just outside for coffee and pastries in the morning. Would definitely recommend perfect location for a visit to Napoli very good value for money.

Very easy to find, great communication with Francesca. The room was well equipped and clean. The location was good, perfect if you need a place to stay for a night or two, and you want to reach different parts of the city. We asked for a parking, which was arranged without any problems by Francesca.

It was no problem leaving the car, because it was safe in a garage overnight. However, the guys who handled the parking bumped our rental car and of course denied it when we asked about it. This is common in Naples, so just be prepared with a full insurance. On top of this, it's very expensive to park. You pay 30 euros overnight, not for 24 h as you might think!!! If you plan to stay after 12 h, they charge you 5 euros / h.

Lively location is great. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, gelaterias etc. nearby. Also only short walking distance to the port, where from you can travel to Ischia, Sorrento, Capri, Procida ... We liked the balcony and a view too: to the sea and very lively street. The owner was nice and flexible and made sure everything went well, grazie mille!

Little more space to baggages was needed. But ok, we had plenty .. Still, it isn't nice to open them on the floor. Room is quite tiny. We are rating this place with 9.5 points and would come back.

Clean and comfy accommodation with the bonus of a sea view. Friendly host who went out of her way to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Close location to the port and hotel bus service Alibus.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with steps that are a little uneven, so not appropriate for those not steady on their feet . There is a lift, but we didn't try this out ! The room is on the small side but ok for a short 2 night stop .
