Great location, close to the Port and the airport. We only stayed one night as we came from Sorrento for a very early flight the next day so location was important. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with good restaurants within walking distance. The online check in was good and the instructions and access codes were very easily followed with photos to guide you at every stage

We were very satisfied, everything was as in the pictures. We were greeted by cleanliness. Via Toledo is a few minutes away. They cleaned every day, towels were changed every 2 days. I can only recommend it! We will be back

Late check in costa €40 plus taxes and they don’t have a late shuttle or late reception. You are literally on the street in naples with no help if it all goes wrong. The door security broke and we were given late instructions to go elsewhere to get a key, all very uncomfortable when you are tired from travelling and have an 80 year old with you

Location was good, but it was very difficult to find the appartment, very confusing, booking.com gave one address to check in and one address for the apartment but the apartment was at a 3rd address.

We spent 2 hours trying to check in to find the apartment on the booking.com they gave 1 address to check in another address for the apartment and then after 2 hours of going back and forth texting with hotel agent, we find out the apartment is in a 3rd address....very confusing and tiring looking for the right apartment

Location and bed great, with AC.

The lights are always on, the whole night the lights are on what is horrible to sleep properly! The blinders doesn’t cover the lights from outside, and we can listen the other rooms.

The location is good, close to city center.

The room guarantee of 200 Eur was not visible when I booked the room. I was forced to pay the guarantee and sacrifice our trip to Capri because of this. Of course, it’s been 34 days and still no money back.

Perfect location, everything you need very close.

Asked about enter apartment earlier, 2 hours (if it's possible), they approved but then we met cleaning leadies who barly let us in. It was confusing but we entered at the end. After all cleaning wasn't done.
