In general the stay at Domus Schilizzi was ok, but there were some organizational problems. I was travelling with 4 colleagues for a conference and we have reserved 5 single rooms. It turned out that there were some misunderstanding between booking.com and their reservation system. The owner has tried very hard to help us, but his English was not very good and it took a while to find a solution to the reservation problem. Rest of the stay was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast- typical Italian in a nice café nearby.

The walls are very thing and you can hear everything what neighbours are doing....

This is a great small hotel with very good location for the port and an easy walk into the Naples shopping and old town areas. The staff were great and the rooms comfortable and clean. Recommend taking the Alibus from the airport to the port and then walk the 5 minutes to the hotel.

Breakfast was provided at local cafes with a voucher. Sadly this was the disappointing thing - service at the Mavi Cafe was bad, the first day they didn't seem to want to serve us, prioritising paying customers rather than us with the voucher. e managed to get a croissant, but the coffee did not materialise, so we walked off to find somewhere else. We didn't bother going back there the second day. This is a reflection of Mavi and not the hotel. But I urge the hotel to find another cafe to to work with for the vouchers.

This is a highly recommended place to stay in Napoli. The location is superb, with the metro, excellent restaurants, and the harbor all within close proximity. We stayed here for almost a week, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast is your weakest point. At least to an scandinavian person. Coffee an orange juice is fine but what they actually serve you to eat is cheap bread always with a lot of sugar in it. You are better off without it.

This was my second stay.. room 33 this time. Comfy bed and same free drinks & snacks available. Friendly and helpful staff.

WiFi in room 33 was not very good, difficult to get a stable signal most of the time. Couldn't get any hot water in the shower or sink in the morning and no staff on site to assist.

Communication with the owner was excellent, this was a last minute booking, and the whole process was very easy. Bed was clean and comfortable, ensuite was very clean. Was a relaxing overnight stay.

Breakfast was at a cafe round the corner, I was not sure what I was able to get, but it was not important as I don't have a big breakfast normally.

Comfortable bed. Snacks & available drinks 👍🏻 Friendly and helpful staff at checkin. Good WiFi in the room (34).

Bathroom was a little cold, couldn't get heater to work. Was a little difficult to find the B&B.

The room was very clean and recently renovated. The hotel is very well located in city center and everything can be accessed by foot. The staff was very friendly. Everyday they were leaving in the reception small sweets and snacks free of charge.

Breakfast was serviced in a cafe nearby and the variety was limited. They offer 1 cold drink (juice), 1 hot drink (coffee) and 1 food (sweet or not). They should offer at least one more piece of food. The price of 125euros per night was rather expensive.

Breakfast is serve at Gran Caffè Pascucci close to the B&B. Food and drinks very good, wide selection of croissant and italian pastry and good coffee and cappuccino. Kind service and confortable location, many tables and seats.

We were warmly welcomed and given full attention and assistance despite arriving late because of a delay in our flight. We were very pleased with the location (short walk to good food and the ferry), the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and most importantly, as mentioned in the beginning, is the warmth, professionalism, and kindness!

Only suggestion is to clearly indicate directions to go to the 3rd floor.
