Great unit in the middle of all the action! Naples is pretty loud and crazy, and this room looks right over the roundabout with lots of activity throughout the day. Luckily, this room has shutters so you can make it pretty quiet, and the level of activity drops in the evening so you can get a good night's sleep. There's a metro stop right outside to get you anywhere in the city, but you are only steps away from all the fun streets in Naples to find great restaurants and shops. The building is nice and clean and provides an elevator to get up to the 4th floor where Bovio is located.

A wonderful room with all the amenities, all the little things were thought out, down to some small things, from candies and water in the refrigerator to mosquito repellent. Stunning view from the room to the main highway, as well as close proximity to the metro, port and all the sights! Special thanks for the daily cleanliness and cleaning of our room, We will definitely come again to visit, we felt like we were visiting relatives!

the host was very accommodating. our train was running late and they stayed after the check in time to make sure we arrived and settled in. host is a great communicator and was proactive by reaching out close to the end of the check in time to make sure we were still arriving on time.

the area is kind of loud but the host cant control that.

The location is amazing, directly next to the metro station or just going to the center. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great with a phenomenal view of the city.

The shower doesn't have the best design which causes water to splash everywhere. The Queen bed was also made out of two single beds which wasn't what we expected and the seam in the middle wasn't the most comfortable.

Lovely Stay. Staff were available for our late arrival. Room very clean basic amenities, fridge, water, hanging space and good sized bathroom Metro very close and 5 mins walk to old town in one direction or port in the other. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Napoli

Little noisy at night with street traffic, but that’s just part of staying in the city and nothing the hotel can do. No coffee making facilities but a few cafe’s very close by for a fresh coffee in the morning.

At our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Melina. The palace is really nice and in a great location, walking distance from main sites in Napoli (it is also very close to the metro). The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean.

During the night, it is possible to hear the traffic from the street (but nothing too bad honestly, we still managed to sleep well).

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Melina . And the Room was very clean. We was very satisfied with everything. Thank you very much for having us!

Great location, can't believe the amazing price we paid for this gem. In a historic building, very gorgeous, clean, nice neighborhood, and close to everything.

The hotel was well located, with shops, restaurants nearby and public transport links nearby. Our room was a very good size and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a small balcony! We also had air conditioning which worked beautifully, a safe and mini fridge all for no extra charge! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage whilst we explored on the days of check in and check out, which was so helpful.

Was a little difficult finding the hotel as it is tucked away behind big doors on the main street, and is then located upstairs, which there was not much signage. However, once you know where to go, this is not an issue.

The women who cleaned our rooms and helped at the desk was very kind and helpful even though we had little Italian and she,no English. We left a few things and they saved them so we could come back and get them. Highly recommend.
