The location was fantastic, walking distance from the main touristic attractions and transportation links to Pompei and Vesuvius. The room was located in a former Palazzo, with high ceilings what made it special - although most of the apartments in the building seem now to be used as b&b. There was a portier downstairs what made it feeling safe. The room was very well attended and cleaned every day. On the photographs the room looked much more spacious then it actually was. Also, there were little ants in one corner of the room - I was worried they could get into my he luggage that I left on the floor as there nowhere else to put it - I kept all the zips closed. Breakfast at the coffee shop was very basic - but we were bringing our own supplies (sandwiches and salads) and it was not a problem to eat them there.

I loved everything about this rental! My husband and I had a wonderful time!! I couldn’t figure out how to get the smart tv to work but it didn’t really bother us because we didn’t really need it! We were taking a short trip since we haven’t seen each other in 5 months! The bed was cozy, the tub was perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We couldn’t find the property and it helped a ton with the video instructions that were sent to us!! When we come back we have talked about renting from here again!! We loved it!!!

Prime location, walking distance to the Spanish quarters and the historical center. We got the room with jacuzzi which also was a nice touch. The property offer vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe to enjoy a coffee and a pastry.

If you do not book airport transfer from the property, it would be a bit of a hustle to find where the reception is and how to get your room as they might not be in the same building. Also, we wanted to take the elevator on our last day since we had the luggages and didn’t want to use the stairs, little did we know that we have to pay to use the elevator.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most fantastic hotel in Napoli, and I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the sheer beauty and elegance of the hotel. The attention to detail in the decor and the immaculate cleanliness made my stay incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible service provided by Annalisa. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Annalisa was more than just a host; she became a very good friend. Her warm and welcoming personality made me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Whether it was recommending the best local restaurants or arranging transportation, Annalisa was always there with a smile and helpful advice. This hotel will be my only choice whenever I return to Napoli. The combination of a beautiful property and Annalisa’s exceptional hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Napoli – you won’t be disappointed!

I have to say the communication prior to getting to the hotel was great.

That when I booked 2 rooms on booking.com it did not say before booking the rooms that they could be in 2 different buildings, across the road from each other. Yes I did get a confirmation from the hotel but I did not read it which is my fault and yes it did have two different addresses on it, but when you are booking you think you are booking the same place. Annalisa was very helpful as I advised her we were not going to be in separate buildings that she found us another room to move into for 1 night. The breakfast was not in the hotel either. You are given a voucher to give to a cafe across the road or downstairs depending what building you are in.

The building in which the facility is situated is not great, the entrance is very dodgy, old and not very clean, so it does not feel very nice when you go into the facility, but once you get to floor the rooms are located then it is very nice and modern. The wifi was very problematic in our room, again the lady working there was trying her best to get us connected but it was a struggle most of the time and been on holiday and doing work we had a big dependency on internet access

Our room was in the building opposite which was convenient for the breakfast which is provided in the cafe downstairs. It was only 2 levels up but there is a lift if you need it. Annalisa was exceptional with her communication. Also the attention to care in cleaning of the rooms was appreciated. The bed was super comfy. The property is central to everything with lots of restaurants nearby. We took the ferry to both Ischia and Amalfi. The property is a 10 minute walk to the port so that was very easy. We arrived at Napoli Centrale and took a taxi to Comfort Zone as it was easier with luggage but it is also walkable.

The location was easy to reach, it is next to a big road but if you close the windows, it is quiet and you can sleep well. The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioning. There are enough facilities. The owner is kind. The room was cleaned every day.

It was a surprise that the check-in went online, we were not informed about it before the day of the arrival but on that day the owner let us know. The door of the shower cabin could be repaired, water was leaking when having a shower. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

The room was very large and had everything we needed. They provided service and clean towels everyday and were around a lot to answer questions and offer assistance. The room was very quiet and the air conditioning was very good. The shower was very nice. There was a small refrigerator for our use. The breakfast was across the street at a small bakery cafe. The sfoiatella was very good.

The mattress was very firm, like most Italian hotels, but no worse. My preference is for a softer mattress, but that is just a personal preference.

Location was great able to walk to most things in Naples and short ride to train. Big room and bathroom, very high ceilings. Big windows opened onto a busy street and a side street. But excellent sound proofing to the outside and good between rooms. Nice big bathroom, shower and sink. Both the king bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. Annalisa was great very accommodating. Allowed an early check in and a few minutes late check out and arranged taxis for us. Thanks so much.
