Getting access later in evening wasn’t easy. Codes for building and to apartment only supplied after 8pm and by that stage we didn’t have Wi-Fi connection. Thankfully another resident in property allowed access to building and another guest came and opened the apartment main door for us. Should have been much easier - relevant codes should be supplied much earlier in the day.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Napolinn B&B both before and after our Mediterranean cruise—on June 27 and again on July 5—and we could not have been more delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Guiliana, our host, made us feel genuinely welcome. As a couple traveling together, we really appreciated her warmth, personal attention, and helpful recommendations. She gave us fantastic local tips on where to eat and shop, which helped us make the most of our short time in Naples. The location of Napolinn is absolutely ideal—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of Naples’ top attractions, bustling shopping areas, and great restaurants. Whether you’re catching a cruise (like we were) or just exploring the city, you won’t find a more convenient base. Our room was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a very comfortable bed, which was perfect after long travel days. We slept well both nights we stayed. One of the standout features of Napolinn is the rooftop patio—it’s where breakfast is served, and it offers spectacular views of Naples. It’s the perfect place to start your day with a delicious cappuccino, latte, or espresso, alongside fresh croissants and cornetti. Sitting up there in the morning sun, looking out over the rooftops of Naples, was one of our favorite memories of the trip. Be sure to bring your camera—this spot is a hidden gem for photos! A few additional notes for fellow travelers: Elevator access is available, which is a big plus when arriving with luggage. The rooms are quiet, despite the central location—great for a good night’s sleep. Communication with the B&B (especially Guiliana) was easy and clear before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We would absolutely stay at Napolinn again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. Thank you again, Guiliana.

We had a fantastic stay at Napolinn B&B! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—close to the metro and within walking distance of many great sights. But what truly made our stay special was the host, Giuliana. From the very first moment, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness and availability were exceptional. The breakfast on the terrace was a beautiful surprise and a perfect way to start the day. A heartfelt thank you—we truly appreciate everything!

This place is special, as is the owner. It is a hidden gem in the center of Napoli. Location is perfect, the room has everything you may need, but the attitude of Julia is what makes you want to come back. There is a rooftop terrace where guests can have breakfast or evening cocktail. It works only in the warm season but she was so kind to take us there when it was not open yet. Spectacular place! Even not on the terrace our breakfast was amazing, served in the room. You will easily fall in love with this place and Julia 😊

The location of the B&B is ideal for exploring the city, with convenient public transportation options for venturing further afield. It's very close to the port, allowing us to easily hop on the ferry and return by walking. What truly sets this B&B apart is the warmth and care of Giuly. Additionally, the B&B boasts a beautiful terrace with amazing views of the city and Mount Vesuvius, perfect for a wonderful dinner. The chef, Bruno, prepared fresh local specialties that highlighted the rich culinary traditions of Naples. Their passion for their city and dedication to their guests created a welcoming and homely atmosphere that made me feel like more than just a traveler passing through. Napolinn B&B in Naples exceeded all my expectations. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and personalized service that makes for an unforgettable stay.

After travelling so far it was a joy to be Greeted by A very warm and welcoming Bruno. Bruno exceeded all our expectations on arrival , making us feel at home immediately sharing his great knowledge of the history of Naples and the property itself, a Grand building in the heart of this thriving city. Our room with its majestic high ceiling , modern bathroom, and a bed one could say “ To Dream On “ made this arrival delightful indeed. We Love this property and the family that manage it.

Very comfortable room on the first floor of the building - bed, air-conditioning ,bathroom, breakfast were all super. Giuliana, her son and staff were all very friendly. Guiliana also gave great tips and advice about visiting the city. Thank you!

We hadn't realised that there were no permanent staff at Napolinn. If we had known, we would have given more precise details about our arrival time other than just an approximation. Due to this, there was nobody there when we arrived in front of the building 30 minutes early which was a bit of a shock. However, phone numbers worked, access was given and personnel were very reactive.

We stayed in Napolinn for 3 nights. The location is very good, quite quiet but close to all locations including train station. We picked up a bigger room, but it was still very small, smaller than on the pictures but enough. Breakfast was in italy style 🙂 The staff was very helpfull and kind we enjoyed the stay ☺️

Location was perfect for exploring the city by foot, only 10min walk to the port and everything we wanted to see in a walking distance. Room was modern, very clean and calm. I appreciated that there was many pillows on the bed :) The staff were very sweet and kind and gave us good tips about the best restaurants nearby. Breakfast was tasty and it was brought to the room in the morning, which was nice.

Simply amazing stay. located right in the centre of the city in a beautiful building conveniently located near to a metro stop. The rooms were so modern, clean and comfortable and we slept very well. Nice big smart TV and spacious bathrooms. By far, the best part is Giuliana, who is so warm and welcoming and made us feel so at home, serving breakfast to are rooms every day with a smile! the breakfast was amazing, choice from a variety of continental and some cooked options that you tick on a sheet and select a time and then is brought to consume within the comfort of your room (at a table). The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The stay was great value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to return! Overall, an amazing stay and we are so grateful to Giuliana for making it a perfect stay, Grazie Giuliana!
