The hotel is very close to many points of interest such as the Spanish Quarter and the historic center. The building is well soundprotected and the rooms are well soundproofed. The cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was of good quality on a terrace with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly helpful: Fabio informed us by email before we arrived and arranged our excursion to Pompeii, even managing to get us a refund on the entrance fee to the site as the day of the visit was free and Michele helped us organize the excursion to Amalfi and was always available (in English and French) for anything that arose during our stay. We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time.

The location is perfect for visiting Naples. Less than 5 minutes from Universita metro station, its easy to reach from any part of the city. Within 5 minutes you can walk to the Old Town to explore the various churches and narrow streets. Similarly, just a short walk away you can find the Palace and the waterfront offering great views across the bay. If you walk two streets over you're at Via Toledo which offers great shopping options. We arrived before check in but we were able to store our luggage and get out to explore the city. The rooms had air conditioning which was needed as we visited during a summer heatwave. The room was small but no different than what one would expect from a city centre hotel - it might have been an issue if we were staying for a week or more but for 2 nights it was more than enough, especially as you spend most of the time out exploring this amazing city. Breakfast had plenty of options including cold meats, bread, fruit, yogurt and cereal. Across the road there's also a small grocery shop which enabled us to pick up snacks ahead of our days activities. After checking out, we were able to keep our bags at the hotel whilst we took one last look around the city. Fabio on reception was great and arranged a taxi to make sure we made it to the airport on time for our flight home.

Well located hotel, close to Via Toledo and the historic centre. Easy to walk to many places of interest but also close to Universita Metro station (Line 1) and various bus routes. Tobacconist shop across the road where we could buy public transport tickets (€4.50 for a one day ticket - good value). Interesting bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Reception staff (Fabio and Michele were very friendly and exceptional helpful!)

Rooms and particularly the bathrooms are small - but this is a central hotel in an old building. Breakfast was fairly basic (continental style) but they did have gluten free bread/crackers available on request which was good.

Airone hotel has exceeded our expectations! located in a very nice area close to the historic city center and other points of interests, it's the perfect choice when visitng Naples. The (Italian) breakfast was absolutely amazing with quality ingredients, completing the experience!! What really stood out was the friendly stuff! Shout out to Michele, Fabio e Orlando!! All three were extremely friendly and helpful and also recommended places to visit and remained available and eager to answer all out questions!! Special thanks to Fabio e Michele who made our stay more than pleasant! Special thanks also to the breakfast ladies for making the best coffee in Naples and for being so friendly!! we are definitely coming back to Airone hotel!! thank you for everything!!! ❤️

An excellent little hotel just up from Beverello Port, the Alibus airport bus and located between two Metro stops (say 7 mins walk to each). You can get to Pompeii and Herculaneum easily. We stayed here for one night before our return home. There are plenty of places to eat nearby (including the always excellent Lazzara trattoria, off the Via Depretis, and the place that Caravaggio used to drink at is around the corner from here). Breakfast was just right, served on the rooftop. Fabio was an excellent and kind host. We love Naples; a safe city, cheap to eat, lots to see and do and the ferries over to Ischia, Capri and Procida are frequent and fast. Thank you, Fabio, Arrivederci!

All was perfect

The location was brilliant so central Within walking distance for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing yet very safe .the hotel was squeaky. Clean . And fabio went all out to help us in evert way possible. Belove me it wasn't easy because we were a large group most of us over 60 and 70 and a couple of over 50s but he was phenomenal and thanks to him our stay in naples is a memorable treasure. Thank you all at arione Hotel. Un abbraccio di grazie a fabio.

Maybe the breakfast could have a larger variety but it was OK 👍 and the staff were sweet

We had a good stay here. The location was excellent, central, and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were even offered a free upgrade to a room with a lovely view, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was fairly basic but more than enough, and the kitchen staff were kind and helpful. Overall, everything was pretty good, and we'd be happy to stay again.

Staff was very helpful & accommodating. Convenient & quiet. Very clean. Good Wifi. Very nice for a short stay.

Room was very small - couldn't both open our suitcases at the same time without using the bed, which I don't like to do. We were on 3 wk trip so had med size bags. Wouldn't have been an issue with small bags. Shower was pretty tight for my tall husband. Not an issue being there for only one night.

Problems with Wi-Fi in the room on the first few days, issue with the drainage system in the bathroom, very basic breakfast without vegetables or eggs.

The location is really top! Not once did we have to buy public transport, everywhere is within 10 min walk. The beds are really very comfortable and big. Clean everywhere. What we appreciate the most is that the air conditioner ran really great. Staff very helpful - they recommended us the best pizza in town! His name is Antonio Antonio and we really recommend it too!
