Location is perfect. Walking distance to the port, central railway station and historic center of the city. The hotel had single room.

The wi-fi connection in my room was poor.

We chose this hotel because we were arriving in Naples in the evening and were going to Capri the next morning, so we wanted something close to the port. The port was nearby, we were able to walk, and it was also easy and fast to get to the hotel from the airport. The room was very nice and spacious, with a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was amazing! Great variety, including bacon and eggs. The staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is in the middle of everything- the railway station is 15min walk, the port is 10min walk, Piazza degli Plebiscito and tha Spanish quarters are 10- 15min. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. For breakfast there were not only traditional Italian sweets but bacon and eggs, salami, cheese, fruit from time to time and of course, espresso and capuchino.

The only thing that bothers you is the NOISE from the busy street during the day and night. Why don' t you change the windows which will solve the problem with the protection from the noise.

It was a very good option for me as a solo travelling woman because the location was great, close to the metro, the old city and on a big street. The room had also nothing to complain about. For me the breakfast was not extraordinary but I liked it.

It is very good hotel for the not very long stay in Neaple . We stayed there one night and could managed to see all sightseeing in ohne day by foot. Nice view at the breakfast room. We arrived late around 24.00 very hungry and the person at the reception called to the very good pizzeria to wait for us to get food . And they waited for us although we were the only in the restaurant. Ask for this pizzeria at the reception- this is the best pizza I ever ate. The hotel is on the busy street, but we did not hear anything at all and just enjoyed this different busy life from the window. THanks a lot to the stuff.

Breakfast could be more variable but we asked for extra omlett and we got it freshly made, so it is good

Hotel Naples is very central to everywhere in Naples: old town, port, station and food. Breakfast up on top of building is really lovely with good selection of croissants etc Basic coffee in an urn was drinkable!

Since Covid this hotel is a little ‘run down’ with peeling wall paper and limited air con ( 10 mins at a time) No kettle in room, although one was delivered on request… no ironing board. Double glazing allows no noise from the Main Street to intrude. Good wifi

The hotel has good location. Near the port, historical center, Metro station. You can easy get it by metro train from Garibaldi. And to walk to port to get trip to visit island, walking to historical central to discover culture.

Good location. Close to a metro station, the city center and the port. The room was very quiet, even overlooking the noisy boulevard. What I liked the most was the centralized air conditioning, which is automatically turned on when you left the room. That way the room temperature was very comfortable in a very hot weather.

Breakfast was nice but lacked variety on the days of our stay.

The staff is outstandingly nice and helpful. Location is very good. Rooms are comfortable and kind.

The breakfast is definitely under the limit. Almost no fresh fruits, no fresh vegetables, no alternative milk and cereal. The scrambled eggs are tasteless.
