Super friendly staff, great central location, spacious rooms, relatively quiet (considering its central location), shutters you could close at night to make the room completely dark

The pillows were not the best. Not that important but would have been nice to get some complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine (although they did give us some when we asked) and an extra roll of toilet paper

Extremely helpful and patient staff. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. A tip: if you travel by car, don't even think of stopping by hotel to drop your stuff. Park in the garage first, then go by foot, it's close. Driving and parking in Naples is not for everyone :)

The room was even better than it looked in the pictures! Great location and really clean and the staff were very helpful.

It was slightly tricky to find but not a big problem as a friendly local helped us.

The location is perfect to stay and very close and easy to walk to the Toledo street. Room was very clean.

The outside of the building is too old, but not the inside. When first we arrived I wondered if the area was safe or not , it is very safe, dont worry.

The host was great and welcoming. He provided all the useful information needed! The location of the room was great since it enables you to see naples by foot while beeing next to the port. The room was clean.

Noisy neighbourhood at night - but that's Napoli Centrale! It wasn't cold, but I'd like to have hotter water for shower!

Perfect location in t'he midle of t'he històric old center. Confortable clean and gigant room. T'he guest is Very kind and he has let us stay in the room until the time of the flight. Thanks you Very much

Shower have low Water pression. All times did'nt have enough hot water to take a shower.

The host was really friendly, helpful and had great communication. The accommodation is right in the middle of the old city center surrounded with shops from which one can find all the necessities one may need throughout their stay. Highly recommended

Location is in lanes which may seem to be a bit lonely at times
