The staff members were great. The same young woman who checked me in and out was very helpful and kind. She first attended to me in English which is my first language but because I live in Spain I have a habit of starting to speak first in Spanish. She could also speak Spanish so we chose to speak in Spanish. She was very pleasant and showed me everything I needed to know. The neighbourhood is so great you have so much culture and everything you need right outside your door or a short walk around the block.

Nothing. Everything was good! I had a technical problem with the WiFi and I believe it was, Antonio, who stopped what he was doing in the office and came directly over to help me in person. Everything was perfect!

Great location, close to the port and to the historical downtown, you can reach many historical sites by foot. Public transport stations very close (Alibus station to the airport 8 minutes walk, Metro 5). The hotel crew very helpful, the room was very clean and quiet. Easy to find, markets, restaurants, bar everywhere.

The property is really nice, with a very beautiful room, with an amazing view to the Santa Chiara’s church. It’s very well located, with a lot of bars and restaurants close to it. In any case the windows are very good and remove any noise inside. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Recommended!

The check-in is not at the same place..so we had to move all our luggage twice. Wi-Fi connection works sometimes but it could be better.

Very central location, easy to get around the city , everything walking distance, and we got an upgrade on our room which was a lot nicer than our first room that we got

The toilet cistern was very noisy when filling up with water , and key getting into bedroom was very finicky

The receptionist is very friendly, although she didn't give me back my change for the city tax. It is near a station and there are great restaurants and bars around. The air conditioning was working really well.

The shower drain was clogged, the staff in the morning was very noisy, and there was a burnout bulb.

It was clean, modern and comfortable. Cute decor, too, and not far from the metro station which takes you to pompeii and the herculaneum. It also backed onto a lovely square with a nice food place opposite. Great air con.

The only thing I can think of is when we arrived, tired, we had to get all the way to the 3rd floor for the reception with our huge travellers backpacks in a tiny lift (we went in two goes for the two of us), to then find we had to go all the way down again and into another building. Was great other than that.

Friendly receptionist, comfy mattress, good working air condition. You can make tea or coffee in common room.

Cleanliness in bathroom could be better but was good overall. There could be also more natural light in room but we had a low budget room and a small window.

the location was very good and the room was nice and clean and the little quirky balcony was a nice touch.

There was problem with access to internet, but staff was very helpful and tried to sort it out.

The washbasin was in bad conditions. The water didn’t flow. Also i was not able to pay with card, only cash.

At first, you could be confused by the hotel. It looks a litlle bit too safe. But once you get inside the room is very friendly and cozy. In the middle of the city, buy somehow very quiet. Alessandro was the perfect host and he helped us with everything. Note: ask for a ride from the airport to the hotel in case you want to travel by car and not by bus.
