Great staff with a good welcome. Entrance is down the little side street which caught us out. water is freely available in reception, Rooms are well-designed, pleasant and comfortable, if a little on the small side. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Despite being comparatively small, they had a great range of tasty options - we really enjoyed it. This was also helped with the lovely location on the rook with inside and outside seating. We didn't use the small, shallow pool but there were a couple of sunbeds there and the pool might have been nice to put your feet in on a hot day!

In terms of value for money, this is a great stay and is highly recommended. It looks like there may have been a bar or something downstairs at some point which would have made it a nicer place to just hang out but no real problems.

Staff were excellent ( Concierge, Bar and breakfast ) , always available , friendly and helpful. location was great close to the cultural centre and a short walk from the Spanish quarter. Breakfast was pretty standard for continental hotels with a great range of pastries and fresh coffee as well as the standard cold meats and cheese etc. there was also a limited amount of hot food ( scrambled egg) . The rooms themselves were clean and the beds firm and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and water pressure in the showers was ok . the hotel rooms have a clean modern feel.

The breakfast room a little tight on space. The glass door on the bathroom was a little uncomfortable for my son and daughter ( 21 & 23) who were sharing a twin room.

Great staff: Rosie gave us a good overview of what to do in the city on our first night. Issues with room dealt with swiftly by staff Great location, easy to get to main train station. walking distance from 'Old town' Good breakfast with variety of cold/warm meats. egg, and selection of pastries. Good size air conditioned room

Recommendation: Trash bin and a mirror in the room (not just in the bathroom) may improve customers stay

Perfectly located in between the Spanish and historic quarters so there's a lot to discover walking distance. The area surrounding the hotel was fairly lively and safe. The rooms are simple but spacious and with all amenities you'd for a couple of days. Breakfast in the morning is a buffet served on their lovely rooftop. Lastly the staff is there 24/7 to provide guidance or help. Would recommmend to anyone going to Naples.

Some parts of the rooms, shower, closet appear a bit tired though still totally functional.

Good location. Friendly staff. Early bag drop and luggage was in our room when checked in. Bar on rooftop. I was unaware that there is a jacuzzi on the rooftop.

No milk in bar fridge for coffee (but coffee and tea supplied). Included breakfast but we had an early flight so couldn’t access it. We had to pay an extra €20 for baby cot - maybe they could have waived that in lieu of 4 x adult breakfast 🤷‍♀️ Parking is actually several streets away but easily accessed, even at 6am.

Lovely rooftop breakfast area, both inside and out. Great location. You can walk from the train station if you have minimal luggage. Terrific staff—friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice-pastries, breads, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit.

Breakfast was great. Room was ok. Clean and fresh. Close to noce locations in Napoli like Via Toledo, Piazza del Gesu Nuovo and the old city center (and the ferry port, from which we arrived). Before going to the airport we asked in the desk for a cab which arrived 2 minutes later.

Some things were broken in the bathroom, like the shower tap (but usable). The street outside the hotel entrance is a dirty backstreet, but it is close to nice locations.

nice attention from the front desk, helpful with information regards excursions and also let me leave my luggage even before check in time since I had an excursion earlier. Also great attention from the 2 employees at the breakfast, very nice and polite. I also appreciate the services that you can find at a hotel, as Italy is full of B&B and RBNBs i prefer the professional attention and amenities that you can find at a hotel ( as safety box, early or late check in, luggage storage, etc )

the bed was not in good shape, lying on one side. i let the front desk know and they promised to check.

The staff were the best; friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was lovely, very chic. Those fabric covered walls make me want to do this at home! The shower was blissful. An ample buffet offered for breakfast. A couple minutes walk from the historic area where you will be absorbed with all the vendors, food, boutiques, antiques, miniature artists and so much more.

No Smart TV in the room so you will be practicing your Italian!
