Our suite could not have been better as it was roomy and very well appointed. We were one of three couples staying as a group and we all enjoyed the experience however the suites for two couples far surpassed the non-suite accomodation of the third couple so that needs to be borne in mind when making a booking. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is not easy to find and the various taxi drivers struggled to find the location which is off the main street and down a laneway. On arrival there are a significant number of stairs that need to be navigated before reaching reception and that situation would would pose a problem for some travellers handling heavy cases etc. We managed but not without difficulty and the same issue presents itself when checking out.

I was beyond impressed during my stay here. The room was so nice and spotless, bed comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was good, location is excellent and easy to walk to the main sites from. But what impressed me the most was the professionalism by the staff, particularly Andreana. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful, you were so welcoming, the attention to detail in everything, friendly service and useful information for where to go and how to make the most of my time there was so helpful. Ive never experienced such a great level of service in any other hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, and their english was fantastic (unfortunately we speak no italian, so really appreciated that). They provided a very detailed, customized guide map with sights, restaurants and bars that the hotel staff recommends. When we checked in, they walked us through the guide and oriented us to the different neighborhoods of the city. they gave us customized recommendations based on what we were interested in. they really helped us to get the most out of our time in Napoli. Location was amazing, a short walk to all the main sights. Located in the heart of the historic city center. Also a short walk to the waterfront, < 10 min ride to the ferries, < 20 min to the airport. The room was also super cool with a ton of character - ultra high wood ceilings, stone walls, floor to ceiling windows. It was also very large for a European hotel room. Great bed.

Hotel is very small (8 rooms), which is really cool because it provides for a higher level of service! But on the flip side, there is only a small common area to hang out. No pool or rooftop.

The hotel is tucked away down an alley and up several flights of stairs. The building is historic and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, and made our stay extra special. Our room was very large with good lighting. Not the best view, but the neighborhood is mixed with lots of graffiti, but good restaurants and lots to see. The hotel is walkable to great sites to explore. The best part was the breakfast, which was outstanding!

The neighborhood is a bit shabby, but I guess that's how historic areas are. It felt safe but tons of crazy traffic.

The staff were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A little misunderstanding about the parking was quickly and professionally dealt with to my satisfaction. Beds are huge and comfortable and the rooms spacious and well equipped. This is a hidden gem of a hotel....don't judge until you get to reception....

When I initially booked, the way the description was listed on the advert gave the impression that parking was included in the price. If you go deeper and press 'all facilities' it does mention that the car park is charged extra as it is owned and operated by another company. According to the lovely lady receptionist, they have brought this up with Booking.com many times. By way of consolation, the hotel provided some added benefits which we were very happy with.

This hotel did the Wow effect on us, everything is extremely organized, clean, fragrant, gives you a feeling of peace and tranquility, the rooms are beautiful, well furnished, clean bathrooms with everything you need, it has a refrigerator in the room, comfortable beds and an environment to relax and sleep well after a long day in the city. The staff is helpful, polite and very friendly. Andrea the girl at the reception was very kind to us and allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of extra hours while we took a last look around the city before catching our flight back. We will definitely be back! Thanks guys for such a good job

It’s a stunning guesthouse, beautifully decorated, in a really good location for seeing the sights in Naples. We were in room 15 which was enormous and came with a jacuzzi. Best of all were the staff who were all so kind and helpful. In particular, Millie/Emiliana (many apologies if I have misspelt your name!) was fantastic. She had great recommendations about where to eat and nearby beaches, and even managed to find an old novel for me when I ran out of books to read. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Everything was great, there’s nothing to criticise. It’s not the most glamorous of entrances, but that’s neither here nor there, and once you enter the guest house it is stunning. The only thing that would have improved it for me is a Nespresso in the room, but that’s just me being a bit fussy.

Staff was so kind and accommodating, when I arrived a few hours early, offering a complimentary drink and holding luggage aside while the room was preparing. The room had fabulous A/C, bathroom and large comfy bed. Very clean! Breakfast was delicious with pastries, fruit cheeses & breads. Excellent value for the cost.

The location is off a side street through a low-used parking lot, so not a lot of curb appeal or charm. I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator to the 4th floor where the hotel is located, a bit challenging in very hot weather with heavy bags. However, once on top, it was easy and a lovely discovery of a high end boutique hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and large for the price.

The location of our room was right off of the main kitchen and dining area, so it was very loud in the early morning even with the “sound proof” door closed. The entrance to the hotel is unassuming and difficult to find. Not great if you have a lot of luggage as you need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Concierge signs off at 9pm so if you’re looking for security late night you won’t find it.

Andreana and the hotel staff were incredible; We were personally guided into the building and were able to leave our luggage early morning before check-in so we could start exploring the city and local area. The team had a wealth of knowledge with lots of recommendations on food and restaurants to try, and sights to see. They even provided a copy of some city maps to download onto our phones with points of interest, which was great to refer back to when out and about. Our room and hotel felt like a sanctuary to return to after a summer day out in the warm sun. Loved our stay, thankyou for a home away from home.

Everything was really fantastic, but if there is something to change it would be to have a more practical sized bar fridge to keep drinks cold. Walking around in Napoli is naturally hot in summer and we wanted to be able to put our water bottles in the fridge before adventuring the city for the day.
