Lorenzo is an excellent host. He provided great recommendations on local attractions and dining options in Naples. The apartment is perfectly situated in the old town, just a short walk from Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, and Maschio Angioino. The National Archaeological Museum is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the Port of Naples. The breakfast was fantastic. Traditional Italian selection was available at a nearby café. We enjoyed freshly baked croissants, delicious snacks, coffee and cappuccino. I truly appreciated Lorenzo's kindness in allowing us to stay in the room as long as we needed on our departure day. This was a wonderful gesture!

It was centrally located to the main streets where everyone shops and eats. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment available just steps from the apartment. Everything was clean and well kept. Modern space in a very old building - unique. Very nice city view from small balcony. Host was readily available and able to answer all our questions and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed more days if we had the time!

Steep steps to the third floor and no elevator, but totally expected that and was ready for the climb with luggage. Only window located just off the main street, so it was a bit noisy until all hours of the night (even with the heavy shutter doors closed) - we stayed on a Sunday night. But if you like that type of city noise and being in the middle of the action, this is the place for you. Could have used better instructions on how to use the coffee maker!

Perfectly located in the middle of the old historical center of Napoli. Lorenzo, the owner is very friendly, he speaks english really well and is very organised. He suggested us some places to go and were goos suggestions. The apartment is clean and nicely done. The cleaning lady was as well very nice and friendly and asked if we needed something. We definitely reccomend it!

Great location in the heart of Spaccanapoli. Nice big room with kitchen facilities. Clean comfortable and good sound proofing (it is busy outside until late outside but noise did not disturb me with the shutters closed). Staff were really helpful and were waiting for me even after delayed flights. Helpful with lots of good tips for restaurants and local sites. Would happily stay again if back in Naples

The location was amazing and the hostess was very friendly.

The value for money was a bit out of balance. The alley and rickety entrance are authentic but also somewhat dirty and unwelcoming.

Close to everything!! Location can’t be beat. The apartment was very well appointed and we lacked for nothing. Hot water, YES!! Plenty closet space. Comfortable bed, good bathroom! The host was friendly & responsive. Arranged our transportation back to Napoli Centrale. Help with the luggage up steep stairs upon arrival was VERY helpful! Bravo e grazie! My husband who initially balked at the gritty entrance ended up loving our stay here! And we fell absolutely in love with Naples & the friendly inhabitants.

The exterior & hallway are sketchy, but this is old, OLD Naples, so not unexpected! Once you get into the room, the short trip from alley to door to upstairs is forgotten. It didn’t bother us at all, though my husband who is 75 had an issue with the luggage and the stairs being so steep & tight. Meet-Greet location could be better explained. We had a driver who had to speak with someone twice to get to the location. We would never have been able to do it! It caused a bit of anxiety for me. I would suggest Piazza Jesu del Nuovo as a perfect drop-off/pick up location. At least from a guest perspective. The apt is only steps away! Providing guests with very specific instructions to give to a driver would be super helpful and maybe alleviate a little potential anxiety.

The apartment is situated in a " Perfect location " There is no rough areas near by I've travelled around Italy for the past 7 years , stayed in luxury and some scary places but these place is perfect for a base for Naples, also easy access to ports for trips to Capri etc etc

Nice location in the historic part of Naples. Step out into the street and straight into an abundance of shops, bakeries and landmarks. The host was friendly and helpful and the room was cosy and had all the necessities.

The place was a bit tough to find, but luckily the host helped us out. The room might be noisy, depending on the other guests in the BNB.

Wel loved the location, very central, it's a busy street but mostly during the day so we weren't bothered by street nice and slept ok. Lorenzo was a very and help full host, he shared his favourite places and we tried some of them and they where great, great communication overall about keys and check in etc...

Excellent location very close to everything specially the very popular streets Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. Spacious appartement very well maintained, very well equipped and very clean. Peaceful sleeping as beds are perfectly comfortable and no disturbing noise Kitchen very well equipped with all you need. Amazing Wi-Fi. Lorenzo, the manager, is extremely helpful and always available anytime even in early morning to provide any service you request. He was waiting for our arrival after midnight knowing that check-in after midnight for free is extremely rare in Naples.
