The room: very spacious room with a lot of light and very comfortable with enough space for more than 2 people. Very clean and well supplied regarding Shampoo and devices. Staff: super friendly and amazing. When texting the answers where very quick and helpful. Totally recommend.

The shower device wouldn't hold on the top requiring repair. Nothing impeditive of a good experience.

The position of the building is very good, you can walk like 15 minutes to arrive down to the castles, to the sea and to the port where you can take a ferryboat, and 3 minutes to the metro. Also our host was very nice and kind, good english speaker, she gave to us some good advices regarding where we can go for visiting and eating.

It is truly worth what I paid, cost performance wise perfect!!!! Just right around the famous Via Toledo, many shops and sightseeing spots are all close by. The owner lady was helpful and wonderful enough to welcome me, and it is so secured building so that you could feel also being safe. The room was perfect clean, enough shower and hot water. You can eat breakfast at a cafe close to the apartment.

Nothing particular, but if you prefer a quiet night, it is not wise to choose this hotel as the room I stayed was right next to a small road where many restaurants had open air tables and there were loud voices till mid night as well as street noise. And if you also prefer a cozy small room, I recommend to choose a smaller room as the room I chose was sooo big enough with large empty space so it was a bit difficult for me to relax(><).

The staff keep an open communication via WhatsApp, supporting us on our (late) arrival. They also kept our luggage after check out to give us more time to explore the city as well on our last day. Very friendly :)

Fee was requested for the late check in (20€) not seen at first o ln Booking website. Will be better to show it directly on the website an vous miscomprehension !

Nothing significant, we enjoyed our stay. There was no safe in the room but yhe room fekt very safe as you go through several locked doors to get to it so it felt relatively safe.

Amazing place to stay on the Main Street of Naples. Close to all main attractions and Old Town as well as a short walk to the Promenade. I highly recommend it and if back in Naples will book again. Very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious in a lovely building with 2 balconies as a bonus.

Maison Arena is a great introduction to Naples, Italy 🇮🇹 I felt as if the hotel was in the heart of the city. Incredibly caring staff and incredible service. Breakfast was a great bonus. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Very spacious, bright and clean. Lovely little balcony and modernised bathroom. Location was perfect and communication with hosts was great.

Was fairly tricky to locate as no sing outside the front of the building.

Lo action was great,easy 2min walk to metro 10min walk to main train station. Breakfast was at the local coffee shop 10metres from room,only pasties and coffee on offer but a nothing to get you started for the day.

Staff (Giada and Jessica) are professional and amiable. They even went far and beyond our expectation.

Our appreciation of the staff and location has surpassed anything that we didn't like ie lack of toilet paper, cleaners wanted us to be out at 10am so they can clean the room.
