The location is superb. It surrounds by restaurants, minimarts, and café. Around 4 minute walk to Metro, located directly on a part of Spaccanapoli, but still unbelievable silent, plus the soundproofed material, therefore no issue for sleeping. The room is pretty small but equipped with all necessary stuffs. The room and toilette are clean. The host is nice, helpful and accessible. The maid also keeps the room so clean. Well thoughts and managed for example, there are a central kitchen that offers free water, coffee, sweets.

The mattress is a bit too floppy. There are an obvious friction noise from the window's joint.

The staff were very friendly and even left us some Easter eggs (thank you!). The room was a decent size for a few days in Naples. Good location for walking to many of the sites of interest. Good shower which was always warm and plenty of big towels. Strong WiFi. Pastries and coffee were provided in the morning which was great. On Easter they even had a nice cake!

Nothing to complain about really. A couple more pillows would be nice for sitting for reading, but we didn't ask as they were fine to fold over. I have no doubt this would have been sorted if we had asked as the staff were just great!

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was just great: the apartment is located in the Spanish Quarter, a step away from many attractions and good food The room was clean, the toilets were tidy if a bit old and functional. The host is very nice, I lost my earrings and they sent them back for me, even the cleaning lady was sooooo kind 😭😭 ! There was no breakfast but the kitchen had coffee and snacks. If I go back to napoli I will go back here again：）

Antonio was amazing... From arranging pick up at the airport, to helping us with our excursions, he was great... The rooms were fabulous with air conditioning, which is compulsory in Naples at this time of year... Antonio was very friendly and instead of us thinking we were staying in a hotel, we thought we were staying with a local family... thoroughly recommended

Comfortable, clean, and central - what more could I ask for? This hotel is perfectly situated to see Napoli, in a safe part of town and well connected with great public transport links. Giancarlo and the team were so accommodating and helpful. The room had great amenities and was very comfortable. Not too much noise from the street below despite being in a busy region. When I come back to Napoli I will certainly book here again.

Good location, close to Dante Metro, which is only 4 or 5 stops from the main station, so easy to get to. Busy, central area around so no issues with safety. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby. Room was big and clean. Water available, too

Nothing all was good, but just keep an eye open as you could easily walk past the entrance. Look out for a sign on a gate. It's just after the mini market.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located in a very convenient location next to the train, subway and bus station and walkable distance to the port. Even if it is right next to numberless shops, restaurants etc. , I could sleep at night without being disturbed. The owner (or manager?) and the cleaning lady, were both very polite and helpful. There is coffee and some snacks for free in the kitchen which was nice and thoughtful from their side.

A small fridge in the room would be great. However, the lack of it, was not such a huge deal because there's a common fridge in the kitchen.

I liked the bathroom a lot. It's tiny, but cosy as well as the room. Very close to the centre and public transport is easy to reach. Everybody is so kind, even the cleaning lady. I recommend the place for short or long trips. Good place for the price. 😊

We enjoyed such a great stay! Friendly staff providing all the info we needed. Great location in the central part of the city. Very confortable and less noisy than expected. Even if the breakfast is not included, there is an eating area with sweets and coffee, which was such a nice touch. There is a fantastic pizzeria 2 min walking.

As mentioned, the rooms are located at the 2nd floor without an escalator, but there is nothing one can do about it.

The accommodation is positioned in the heart of the Naples, walking distance from everything. The double beds are big, with good mattresses, the windows have blinds, we have slept very well. We had access to a small kitchen for a tea or a good coffee in the morning. The temperature in the rooms was good for December. The host is very friendly, he gave us a lot of information about the area and the places to visit or to eat. Very good place to stay, we will definitely come back.

The baths need to be maintained just a little more. We had some issues with the shower cap, but we could solve it ourselves.
