Oasis of calm on Toledo, one of the busiest streets in Naples. Situated on 3rd floor of historic building with access through a private courtyard with use of a lift. Our room with large comfortable bed and spacious shower room, overlooked the hectic street below but good soundproofing meant we were able to have a restful nights sleep. Extensive Italian breakfast served eash day with coffee machine available day and night. Location ideal, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants and in the midst of the sights plus near Toledo Metro. Staff most pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Really impressed with the whole experience. Naples is a fascinating place to visit. Felt vibrant and safe with lots to see and do. We hired bikes and explored beyond the port along the front which has a designated bike path. Ferries available to Capri and Sorrento. We took the train to Sorrento and back, passing Pompeii (not for this 3 day trip). All in all a very positive experience of the city and accommodation.

There was a taxi strike the day we were leaving for airport

Everything apart from a little difficulty finding the reception or the hotel and the construction in the elevator area. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even organized a breakfast for the last morning before our flight because it was an early morning flight so we wouldn’t have been able to get breakfast. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was wonderful. The staff that h checked us in, I forget her name but she was amazing. The breakfast had some Italian sweets you would need to try. They had a coffee machine which was had multiple options. The room had a spa which we used every night which was a nice touch to the room, jets could have had more pressure but honestly the room and hotel was perfect. Location was perfect as well! Close to everything. Water pressure and shower were also great.

Great place, great atmosphere,great location! 10/10!!! Really lovely staff - Muhammad ( Hope I spell it correctly) was very welcoming and friendly,great energy! And the other gent, not sure of his name - I think it was Alessandro (forgive me if not) also was very helpfull and attentive! Overall a fabulous experience - would recommend! 😇

The property is newly renewed in an ancient building in the heart of via Toledo. Interior are amazing and staff was really friendly and helpful. A lift in the courtyard was connecting the ground floor to the second floor. We took the breakfast included option and we were really happy about it as provided with a very good variety of both sweet and savory foods in the comfort of the hotel.

The staff could not be more nice if they tried. They were honestly amazing. They made the night before my birthday perfect. They also stayed later than usual so we can check-in and left some Prosecco in the room. The breakfast was nice and although we only stayed over for a night, we would highly recommend.

The smell of the drainage in the bathroom.

Our host was so helpful! My husband left his phone in the taxi and our host helped us to communicate with the taxi driver who brought it to us. She also gave us an appertivo while we waited. Thank you!! It was a really great stay.

Modern accomodation in a historic building in the very heart of the city. Spacious and comfortable rooms, elegantly furnished, impeccably clean, with classy touches in the decor. The personnel is just a pleasure to be around. This will remain my go-to and most recommended stay in Naples.

Wish I had discovered this place earlier.

Clean comfortable rooms but small. The hotel is centrally located. There's water in the fridge. And for the rest in the refrigerator, you have to pay. Breakfasts are not varied. The choice is small.

Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff and perfect location for a few days in Naples!

Our room was at the end of the corridor so it was ok, but some of the rooms next to the breakfast room are probably quite noisy in the morning.
