The hotel is located in an extremely busy and well-known location in Naples. The room is large and comfortable, and it is strange that such a small bathroom comes with such a large room. There was a problem with the Internet, which was solved only after two days, after several of my interventions. The Internet did not work in the evening hours, and the repairs did not come until the next day (when we were all out of the hotel). It is pleasant to have breakfast in the gallery area, but I did not like that I had to change the wing of the building with two elevators to get there. I don't believe that I will take "boutique" type hotels anymore precisely because of the impossibility of solving the problem immediately.

The location and the fact that the hotel was in an imposing building and the room was cleaned every day. It is also relatively close to the tourist harbour and to many of the main attractions of Naples.

I was noisy, especially on Saturday night. At the ground floor of the building is a traditional restaurant that is very poular. Every day and every evening there was a large crowd in front of the restaurant and it got quite noisy sometimes. Also, at the check out the guy at the reception desk told me initially that we have to pay the breakfast for a day. I told him that we had no breakfast at the hotel, he checked againg and every thing was ok in the end. But he gave me some emotions.

Very clean, comfortable room, with modern bathroom facilities, well insulated from central city piazza noise, effective aircon and reception team helpful. Grazie bene.

It took a bit of work finding both from outside and inside, but this more owing to our late-ish arrival and we were not bright with understanding maps and directions!

Central location near to shopping restaurants and metro station.

Very impersonal in a different part of the building to the main hotel. Accessed via a different staircase with no separate reception

Its very good location-20 min waalk to marina and 20 min walk to main train station,many restaurants on the doorstep and loads to see in close proximity of hotel

our room was cold as we went in february,we had ac on 30 degrees but didnt make any difference,we had to request blanket on one night as it was so cold

The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There were a lot of restaurants and shops near by.

The directions for checking in weren’t clear. The main desk was not in the same section of the building as the boutique hotel. Once we figured it out everything was fine.

Decent location. Rooms were kept clean

Wasn’t overly impressed that the hotel was within a commercial building. But I quickly got over it

Great location!!! The rooms were pretty big.

The beds could be moved a bit further apart for singles travelers.

Silvia was excellent at Breakfast, making local coffee and eggs to order, always attentive and helpful.

The power went off on our first night but it a small glitch!
