The check-in process, the cleanliness, the location and access were super comfy. The room is big enough for two travelers and the shower works well and was supplied with essentials. The apartment provides shared water kettle (+cups and cutlery), microwave and iron which we found very handy. The check-out process was also super easy. Neighborhood is live and full of cafes and restaurants. A place to be when in Naples!

The bed was not comfortable. Matrass was too soft and the bed size was too small for this type of matrass. So we kept changing sides all night long. The other issue was the loudness of the cleaning people. They start early in the morning and make a lot of noise and talk loud while we were asleep. No "do not disturb" sign was present, so they kept knocking at the door every day while we wanted to stay more in bed, as one of us became sick and needed more rest.

Between 2 different subway lines and near the regional train. Walking distance to port or quick train ride to secondary port. Todis supermarket about 3-4 minutes walk. Very convenient. Despite what others said, the elevator doesn’t require 50. Cent Euro coin to work. Nite: it’s 4 flights up. There is a microwave in hallway if want to get take-away or groceries, with fridge in room.

The host and location are superb. The host kindly let me leave my luggage while I traveled to the island. It was very clean and centrally located to via Taledo. I highly recommend the place. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and did not have any problems. I suggest that you carry 50 cents with you if you want to use the lift to take the luggage to the rooms. Everything was superb!

The location is perfect for those that want to have easy access to the metro station, shopping and port area. The building it a historical one and quite impressive. The elevator doesn't work so you might need to take this into consideration as the stories are high. When it works though it's expected to pay 20 cents per ride. This is something that you will find in other buildings as well.

The cleaning schedule more flexible. We were told that it's done on a specific hour and that wasn't suitable with our schedule. Also, there is no breakfast and we knew that, but some coffee would have been nice to have.

Very good accommodation in the city center. Ideal for tourist visits. The rooms are modern, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

The isolation of the rooms is a little worse and every arrival or departure of other guests can be heard, especially late at night and early in the morning.

no working lift therefore 56+steps up with heavy bags advertised kitchen but this comprised a microwave and sink in the entrance to the property. no safe.

the location was great, close to center and metro. the room was quite clean and they tidied the room up every day.
