This property is fab for a short stay/evening airport arrival. Very good value for money, super clean and safe. So close to great restaurants and bars. It is beside a metro stop, bus stop, and taxi rank. The area was accessible and bustling. Staff stayed on later to check us in but this cost money. We also forgot an item in the room and they arranged for us to retrieve it immediately, even staying on longer to do so. Would recommend!

The location was fabulous. The rooms are small but modernized and comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and the shower hot with good water pressure. It was also nice to have the elevator. It was a little confusing to get to the lodging once in the building but the directions provided were good.

The beds were pretty firm with only one firm pillow. The towels were large but thin as I’ve come to expect in Italy. Also the WiFi was a little slow.

Right on the main shop street.(toledostop metro station) (Very close to spanish square.walking distance to historic center and to the beverello port to catch the ferry) -Normal size Hairdryer that actually dries your hair. Spacious, clean, good location. Our room even had a small balcony. There was a closet, a fridge, AC, a hairdryer, small shampoo bottles, two complementary water bottles - everything you need. There is an elevator in the building, so it’s easy access for the suitcases. You can also leave your luggage at the reception if you have a late flight.

If you leave the AC on when you go out, they will turn it off..

Beautiful & clean hotel room. Friendly & helpful staff (Ms. Frederica was most courteous & attentive!). Wonderful location, which was central to restaurants, bakeries, various shops, historical sites, etc.

The only drawback / dissatisfaction was the lack of hotel entrance lobby from street level. if it weren't for photos of the exterior building, it would've taken even longer to locate. Aside from that, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Toledostop Guest House & its ideal central location. Thank you so much!

Location is great, the room is clean and nice. Few minutes from the Toledo Metro station and a great way to explore the Via Toledo location including the Quartieri Spagnoli, Piazza del Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto and a famous shopping district to walk by. The staff kindly helped me book a taxi to the airport.

Location excellent being on great shopping street, not far from port and 5 minutes walk to Metro. Modern and well maintained room. Airconditioner that worked well.

Bed so hard made my hips ache. Didnt have Tea making facilities in room. Noise from louts during the night.

Hotel located in the heart of Naples. There is a metro station nearby. All attractions are very close. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the B building. Very professional service. Very clean and pleasant. Iron, cosmetics and tea available. Very well-functioning air conditioning.

The apartment is located right in the center of Napoli. Close to the Spanish quarter and right on the Main Street for shopping and great restaurants.

The elevator had issues and we had to walk 3 floors with our suitcases.

It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and extremely central. The staff member at the desk was really helpful explaining everything to us. The lift worked which was great. Being right by the Metro was incredibly handy.

Via Toledo is really busy, we liked it but just be aware that it's a hectic shopping street!!
