The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable enough. The gentleman, Johnny?, who met me at the door was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast not included was a shock - the room was $299 and I expected breakfast per the Booking.com information that I filtered for, but it was not. The elevator, which I also filtered for, was accessible only after a climb of about 8-10 steps. Not good with luggage. The signage for the hotel was not easy to see - I wandered the square for a few moments looking for the signage.

Lovely updated hotel right outside the Spanish quarter and the Metro. Could not be a better location for exploring Naples. The rooms have been updated and they did a wonderful job. We chose a room with a balcony. The balcony was small but still able to sit overlooking the square and great for watching people. It had a beautifully updated bathroom with a fabulous shower. Nunzia helped us with our check-in and was also there in the mornings to offer us a wonderful breakfast. Nunzia also arranged for a taxi to pick us up in Praiano and drive us to Naples. She provided us with a map and highlighted restaurants, and sites not to be missed.

We arrived on Sunday and had a bit of difficulty finding the B&B. This is possibly part my fault for assuming it would be a fairly obvious structure. The taxi driver had to let us out by the Oriental Hotel because the B&B is located in the square where cars aren't allowed. On Sundays the entrance to the building where the B&B is located had a locked gate. At first when I passed it appeared nothing was there or had been closed. I called the hotel and Nunzia came down to meet us. This is not an issue if you arrive during the week. There is a security guard at a desk inside the building. You are also given a key to the front gate and the B&B.

The location is perfect. We took a taxi to and from the airport, but we were able to walk everywhere the rest of the time. There is a metro right outside the door, but we didn't have a need for it. The host was very nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to help us and to answer any questions we had. The room size was great for my family of three, and my son loved the shower. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Napoli.

The hotel is in a great location and perfect for couples or solo travelers. The room is clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. Vincenzo went out of his way to accommodate our transportation to and from and was so generous throughout our stay checking in on us.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. This was perfect for us and exactly what we needed for our one night in Naples. We had an early flight and didn’t get to enjoy breakfast (which is included) but I’m sure it’s wonderful!

A Home Away From Home Our recent stay at Residenza Borbonica was absolutely wonderful. The property was not only clean and comfortable, but also beautifully decorated with a simple yet elegant touch. The location was ideal for exploring Naples, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. My parents, who are in their 60s, were particularly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations. They felt right at home, and the host's warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and in an excellent location next to Toledo metro station. Within walking distance of many sights and shops. Staff very helpful and obliging. Good choice for breakfast. Good value. Would recommend.

Be aware that this is in the city and therefore somewhat noisy at night. Not from traffic but from revellers. Some very local building work is temporarily being completed nearby.

5 minute drive from the marina. Got dropped off in a scary graffiti covered area then walked one block up to a Times Square like flea market. Beside an iron gate is a lovely, almost museum like b& b. Staff are more than accommodating. Older but very comfortable beds, very clean. Decent breakfast. Lots of shopping and food areas in walking distance. Crazy drivers.

Very well positioned, stylish accommodation. Everything was very clean and tidy. Despite being in the middle of this very busy city it was very quiet overnight and we slept very well. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Help yourself style breakfast suited us very well and there was plenty of nice food to choose from. The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the city and beyond.

It is very clean, location in the midle of toledo on the train station. There is public parking near by that the owner made reservation for us, breakfast was ok. We arrived around 10 and the owner check in us, he was very helpful in every expect.

I knew it infront and my feedback is based on it, it is not a fancy place. It is based in the first flour of an office building,. the co is at 10:00

The room was very nice and the balcony offered a nice view of the city.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my preference (my husband had no problem), and the shower was not fully enclosed so it would fog up the entire bathroom when used. Not a big complaint, but something to note; don’t leave dry clothes in the bathroom if you are taking a shower or otherwise they will get wet.
