It’s in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which has an authentic yet hectic feel about it. Stefania was very kind and helpful during check in.

The external toilet was slightly inconvenient, even though we were aware of it before booking.

Amazing views and location!

We traveled as a family of five, with three teenage boys. The apartment was in prime historic Naples, where everyone comes to shop and pass the time. The area has shopping, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to metro station to get to other parts of Naples. Good value.

The apartment is share with two separate rooms for families with common kitchen and dining space. Each room was spacious and each family had key to their own bathroom in the hallway. We had the apartment to ourselves for all but the last day of our stay. The apartment is also very high up with no elevator, but we planned our days for one trip down and one trip up per day. The price and value made us feel we were still getting a good deal. And we needed the exercise.

Perfect location, easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. Nice contact.

Many stairs to reach the room, water pressure in the shower depends from the moment

The location was amazing!! It was also nice having a (shared) balcony. The guy who checked us in was really nice and helpful. And even told us where we could go around the area and what not to miss!

The stairs… omg that was an overkill. It was at the top so the stairs were long and impressive to say the least. We had a room next to the washing room. So it ws hot and smelled like a laundromat. The bed was weird and plasticky. The room was normal nothing special. The shared balcony was also weird. We didn’t have anyone staying next to us, but the idea was a bit uncomfortable that other people could look inside and we didn’t leave anything outside either!

the wifi was on&off- didn't got help when I pointed out about that 5th floor with the worst stairs the out side toilet&shower was remote&tiny the maid come to clean every day at 10AM which in napoli time is very early, so I was asleep, or still in my room

Upon arrival we were told that our apartment was a shared space - with another family staying in it at the same time. This was stated no where prior to us arriving nor in the description. The first night we were awaken at 5am with screaming children as they were leaving. This of course is okay if we had known prior to booking the apartment that others would be staying in the same space - but we had not. We have again looked at the description of the booking and can see no where were it explicitly says that this is a shared apartment. Throughout the 4 days of us staying there there was a set of 3 different people came through, the last being a young group of italian girls who screamed throughout the night, woke us up constantly and were so rude. This also did not make us feel comfortable or safe staying.
