Great location, great balconies to hang out and enjoy the spectacular Neapolitan view. The room is located at the top of a building in Quartieri Spagnoli, the heart of Napoli. There’s loads and loads of stairs to get to the top, pack light if you want to stay here. The room we stayed in was a bit small and some of the facilities wonky, but overall Napoli is a city to feel outside so we didn’t spend much time there. There’s air conditioning and the woman taking care of us was lovely. Amazing value for money. It’s not a fancy place so don’t expect anything too crazy but there’s a fridge in the shared area to keep your food or beverages and tables go have breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at Nea terrace

Steep stairs no lift but normal in this part of Napoli!

Nunzia the owner is a sweet person always happy to help. The house has an amazing private terrace on the top of the building and the room is very spacious and comfy it also has its own private balcony.

The only downside is that the unit is on the 4th floor and there is no lift which can be hard if you carry heavy luggage. But after eating all the food that the wonderful city of Naples has to offer you will be happy to do that stairs lol

Located in a great part of the Quartieri Spagnoli, there are plentiful bars and restaurants in close proximity. We were allowed to drop our bags before check in and collect the keys. The view from the terrace is brilliant and it's a great base for exploring Napoli only a few minutes walk from Toledo Station and there is a supermarket close by.

The host was very friendly he made us feel comfortable with local advices and tips , the room was clean and spacious with a huge balcony and a nice terrace with view on the gulf PAOLO RECOMMENDED AN EXCELLENT BOAT TOUR!

Paolo is a great host, making sure that the guests have all they need. The location is great to walk around via Toledo and to feel the spirit of the Spanish Quarter.

The stairs :) being on the last floor, we had to walk quite a lot up and down but still was good exercise :)

The location is great, near to pubs, bars, restaurants and the metro station.

Attention to details is important. You get what you paid for and this place is really cheap for the location. But the bathroom could be improved a little.

the location is very close to the center. We walked everywhere from this location. room/bathroom is nice, almost clean. it also has a kitchen for you to make coffee or tea. the terrace is nice and cute. the owner is very friendly, he let us check in early. we could ask any questions to him. he also helped to get a taxi to the airport when we left ( FYI, the taxi to the airport charged 30 euros).

The bedsheets were old and had a stain on them. Also, consider that the apartment is on the 6-7th floor with no elevator. the neighborhood is quite busy, noisy, and dirty. of course, this is not related to the apartment, but if you travel without your partner or family, you can consider this issue. I would also appreciate it if owners put on bathroom slippers as it is not nice to walk in the bathroom with dirty shoes.

lovely and clean. situated perfectly to go out and explore the city. great value too. can’t recommend this place enough, a great little place in the most wonderful of cities….. they were really helpful and it’s also close to the maradonna murals…. a genuinely brilliant experience. perfect place to stay

The host was really king and available. The room was perfect, with a private balcony. There was also a shared balcony on the roof of the building with a beautiful view over Napoli.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom when we arrived, but nothing serious, and the bathroom was really clean. We tried to use the Smart TV, but it didn't worked. That wasn't too bad, because in Napoli there is always someting to do.

Paolo is wonderful person. He helped us alot. Location of the house amazing. Very easy to reach nice bars and restaurants. House was clean. And terrace is so good to chill with the view.

Everything was perfect the only small thing was pillows were hard. It was not comfortable for me but It might be good for other people
