Location, location! Right in the middle of the most italian neighborhood you can imagine, a wonderful 4-star accommodation: brand new and tasteful installations, comfortable beds (with choice of soft or hard mattress!), new bath and a balcony. One room in the 4th floor (piano 3) has a sauna and jacuzzi! Rooms have excellent sound proofing to isolate the street noise. Downstairs you have many outdoor-dining cafes and pizzerias (with loud and emotionally unpredictable waiters), fruit vendors and looking up, clothes drying in apartment buildings that seem to be touching each other. Vespas (and their cheaper look-alikes) skip pedestrians by inches. You are in Naples Spanish Quarter! Book early as the price is unbeatable. Other options with much uglier rooms were double the price. Other reviewers have commented already on the owner’s prompt responses and helpful service.

Don’t stay here if you cannot fully enjoy the unique vital energy around them because there is some garbage in the street and general disorder. Or if a reception desk and a cafeteria is a must. The entrance are not pretty. The front “desk” is only a key repository and cleaning staff arrive late and leave early in the afternoon. All coordinations have to be made with the owner. There is no elevator (old buildings in this area don’t have them), so you need to do some exercise to reach the second or fourth floors.

Our stay in Naples’ Spanish Quarter was beyond expectations. The facilities were exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better—impeccably clean, with attentive daily cleaning service. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to familiarize us with the spa facilities and even arranging a driver for us during a train strike in Sorrento. Their hospitality was unparalleled, making this our best hosting experience in a long time. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Toledo train station and surrounded by incredible dining options. Additionally, it was a mere 10-minute walk to the ferries heading to Capri and Amalfi, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the coast. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more value from our stay. Highly recommended!

Occasional noise from the buzzer of other guests coming and going but we were probably more worried we would be annoying other people rather than them being an issue for us!

Location is very central, relatively close to a lot of the main sights and it is a good spot, if you want to explore different areas of the city on foot. The apartment has a lovely balcony, which allows to experience the vibrant area it is located in while relaxing. The host was very friendly and welcoming, providing great city exploring tips.

The noise isolation of the building and rooms is not as great, therefore you might experience hearing when people enter/exit the property and their rooms, or if they talk loudly.

Great location, just off Toledo street. It's a small apart hotel, just 3-4 rooms, but well maintained and cozy. The host was very friendly and we were able to store our luggage after check out. We had the triple room and it was ok for us 2. The beds are big enough but the space itself might be too tight for 3 people. I would stay there again if I come back to Napoli

Position in quartieri spagnoli, very central but not quiet. Third floor without lift was a problem for my parents but in this area it‘s impossible to have a lift. The sliding door of one room didn‘t close easily. The bed were comfortsble. The fan world good to and could heath the room, but was a bit loud. The room was cleaned every day and the contact with property was quick and helpful. Very cheap room for good value. So many restaurants, bars and shops.

Perfect location. We loved the street noise at night, live music from the restaurants, washing views in front of our balcony - this was so Neapolitan.. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room spotless clean. Very comfortable beds.

The room was in the perfect spot ,very clean, very busy area but in the room it was quiet. There was a balcony. Everything you wanted was near the restaurants the bars even mini market. The communication was perfect and the check in was perfect too. Thank you

The apartment had a great location, right in the centre of the Spanish Quarter, but on a street which was quite quiet and calm at night. The room was not big, but sufficient as a sleeping place for our group. The host was extremely friendly and helpful.

It would be great if the bathroom contained a shampoo and conditioner. Also, it took some effort to ensure that the door to the room was properly shut.

The location of this guest house is excellent, right in the heart of Naples and close to all the major sights. It has such an authentic and lively feeling to it! The guest house itself is clean and quiet, in an authentic Naples building with the bustling streets outside yet you will sleep very well :) Antonio was very helpful, arranged a transfer and gave insider tips - quick response to any question.

Great position, two minutes walk from the Toledo Metro station. Lovely area, the property is in the heart of “Quartier Spagnoli” the old city! The staff was super friendly and the check in super easy :) Super suggested if you don’t mind the stairs. Rooms are in an old building where the stairs are quite high. Nice view on the neighbourhood!
