Hotel room was great, very nicely designed. Location is also great, a minutes walk from the metro and in the dead center of the city. The staff was super helpful and accomodating, especially Gaia and Mary (hope I got the name right)

This hotel is in an great location, right on an busy street with shops,cafes, restaurants and takeaways beside you. The hotel is behind the big green door, the outside is abit deary but very secure. The hotel is an lovely old period building. The rooms are lovely and spacious filled with old charm. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The hotel reception staff are lovely and helpful. It is very noisey but hey your in the middle of an big city, pack ear plugs if your an light sleeper. Naples itself was great, 13 min walk to the port were we able to enjoy day trips to sorrento, capri and the amalfi coast, highly recommended.

Location perfect. Hotel overlooks the Via Toledo with lots of shops and eating places literally up every side street. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room cleaned to high standard and fresh towels every day, which was great.

The bed mattress was very firm, but that's a personal preference and we soon adapted over our 6 night stay.

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The location is great! Walkable to a lot of places. Also very easy to reach via metro. The room size is decent, bed is comfy, and everything is clean. You leave the keys at the front desk which is 24hr, so super secure!

Because it's on a main shopping street, Sat night can get a bit noisy even with the sound proof windows. You can also hear the noise from other tourists coming in/out their rooms. There's no breakfast included, but there are tons of cafe downstairs. Would be great if the hotel offers free water though. Also there is an elevator, but you need to get off on floor 2 then walk down a few steps. We totally missed that the 1st time. It can be easily resolved if the the hotel provides a sign at the exit of the elevator.

Location is fantastic, staff is very nice, room was big and cosy.

When using jacuzzi it did not work and instead leaked the waters to the bathroom floor. We told it to reception but nothing happened. Maybe she did not understand, that problem is in the tubes, not in the bath, so it needs a plumber. Or maybe she did not get the plumber. We were not informed. But you can see it was not fixed, when waterpressure is not normal.. However, few days stay, we manage, but! We bought more expensive suite because of fex. jacuzzi. And we were not offered any compensation. Note to myself, before booking, ask hotel if things are working in the room. And note to hotel, if you cant check and maintain jacuzzis, put a luxury shower instead to the room and skip the tub.

The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.

Location of the hotel is great - even though the Toledo street is very busy during both day and night, you are near all attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was cozy, and having a little terrace was also a nice addition. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly.

Having a fixed shower head is not very user-friendly. Also, soundproof inside the hotel should be better.

Views of a wall..when i checked in I wasn't told u had to book breaky by a certain time..so I missed out on breaky..otherwise awesome

The extra bed was not very comfy, as it was more a kid's size. For two friends travelling a matrimonial bed does not work. While booking the room I paid extra attention to get a different solution, but apparently something went wrong

The location couldn’t be any better. It’s right at the main shopping street and the historical center is just a short walk away too. The metro is almost right in front of the building so getting to and from the hotel couldn’t be any easier. The room was absolutely beautiful, fairly big and comfortable. There’s a small balcony area with a tea set and it’s nice to look outside and just people watch. Everyone at the reception was extremely friendly and quick to offer tips for anything, or just happy to have a bit of a chat. I couldn’t have asked for a better Hotel and I’d love to stay here again when coming to Naples.

While the noise from the street is practically non existent during the night, my room was located at reception level and thus it could get a bit loud at times.
