The location is great, very walkable neighbourhood. It is on a car-free street, so you have to drag your bags a few blocks to the accommodation. It is also a few suites in a building, so no front desk, you also need to take stairs to get to the lift.

The checkin process, there is limited hours for check in. If you are delayed, it will likely be problematic.

Very modern room with big bathroom. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Appreciated the free coffee/hot chocolate machine - and of course water bottles - in the communal area. Easy check-in and out. Security on ground floor very attentive and helpful.

Nothing, as we didn’t stay long enough to notice. Minor inconvenience for us were the 5-6 steps up from street level for our two big luggages.

We loved everything about this hotel, our balcony was the best and right onto via toledo which was perfect. And a nice surprise was the cappuccino machine, thank you so so much, it was great to have this in the morning and a very nice touch. The place is cute and clean. Also, even though it’s very centric where it is crowded and noisy all day, in the room you can hear nothing. The beds are very comfortable.

It was weird to have the toilet and sink with a sliding door on one side of the room and the shower with glass door on the other side of the room. The person taking a shower has no privacy at all. Other than that, it’s all good.

Fantastic location on the main shopping street! Not too noisy despite the location. Good communication from the host on how to find and access the place. Nice modern decor, clean and comfortable. Great to have the coffee machine and microwave for leftovers. Would stay here again.

Room was a little small but OK for the price. Communal dining room lights were on a timer that kept turning off while you were waiting for your coffee.

Excellent bright compact unit in a gorgeous old building in Toledo St - the middle of vibrant Napoli. Out of hours check in worked well. Martina was very helpful

Everything was perfect from location,room was clean and have beautiful view on Toledo street ,staff very helpfulllll especially lovely Martina 🥰 If we hava a chance to visit Napoli again definitely we are going to stay here.

What a great find. Right in center of old district and near Spanish section. Easy to walk around in a secure building. Note hotel is on 5th floor and use lift. Has a central meeting area with coffee and tea. Rooms and bathrooms very clean.

Directions to find hotel. Should tell guests they are on 5th floor and need to look at board outside to know where you are.

The location and the view of Toledo street was amazing. Close to restaurants and stores. This hotel has security and an elevator!

No reception after 8pm just in case you need anything.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the lobby Water bottles replenished daily. Great location. Close to metro line and short walk to port for ferries to Capri and Amalfi.

Only waterfall shower worked. Hand held and rainhead shower heads did not.
