The location is perfect — very close to the city center, you can get anywhere in no time. There's a supermarket just steps away, the building has an elevator, and the room is spacious enough and equipped with everything you might need for a vacation.

What I didn’t like about the bathroom is that the shower is fixed — there’s no hose, and the water comes from above, which means I end up getting my hair wet every time I take a shower, even when I don’t want to. Also, the bidet has extremely high pressure — when you turn on the water, it bursts out suddenly, splashing not only you but also the floor. It’s quite strange and unpleasant.

Great location, flat has everything you may need including hairdryer, iron and iron board and some basic equipment for cooking. There was a water waiting in the fridge. Room is being cleaned every day (however there should be a sign available for the guests to put on a door if you don't need it) and communication with the host was fantastic - since the room was empty before our departure we were able to check in in the morning and leave one hour late as well. Thanks a lot for the great stay I truly recommend it.

Due to very central location it can be pretty loud, windows are one layer only so do not stop noise from the street. Same with apartment doors, you can hear everyone coming in/out. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. There is a photcell installed in the bathroom that once is stop detecting the movement, it turns off the light after roughly two minutes. Not very comfortable when sitting on the toilet and you need to stand up and wave arms in the air to have a light again. The same happens when taking a shower. Perhaps the time frame could be extended as it was pretty annoying. If I remember correctly, apartment is on the 6th floor and using elevator can be a bit a little tricky.

Good location in the city, everything is walking distance. Good place to rest all you will need for a proper comfortable stay. Everything is locked for your own security and no stranger can get in for your own peace of mind.

During the stay, there was construction in the building, very loud noises. And after finishing using the bidet, water would run off on the floor there would always be puddles on the floor.

Super central position in a nice but simple room close by the metro station of Municipio and Toledo. Almost everything can be reached by foot. The place is small but cosy and has everything you will need, but be aware that the kitchen is on the balcony. Overall satisfied, good price/value.

The airconditioning is poiting right at your head while you are sleeping, which makes it difficult to use in the night. It is a pity as we chose this accommodation because it had airconditioning. The lights in the bathroom are automatically turning on by movement, which is annoying when standing in the night to go to the toilet. Note that there is not door between the shower and the room. We were woken up around 9 by the oweners doing hard works in the next apartment and in general I would not say that the apartment is good sound isolated.

The location is excellent. The flat is spacious. Shower is good (we needed it a lot with such a super hot weather). During our stay there was cleaning service on both Sunday and Monday. Carlo the host was welcoming. I would highly recommend to stay at this property and will definitely try to book it again whenever I need it in future

Nothing not to like

The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to everything you need. The host was helpful, very prompt, communication was easy.

Great location! very close to food and taxi station. Washing machine on property was super helpful. very friendly staff. close to Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. grocery store newrby to make meals in the kitchen. Everything was great.

The location is amazing, everything is close enough and you can always take a break from sightseeing by returning to the accomodation without losing time. The stuff is perfect, they were heartwarming and maximally helpful!

The biggest problem was poor noise isolation inside the accomodation, you could hear the slightest move in other rooms. Happily, the people around us were quiet. Furthermore, the shower wasn't working the best, it lost hot water sometimes in the middle of the shower. The sheets were worn out, but clean...the new set would add value to the unit.

Perfect location Clean and the owner is very available and supportive. All facilities you need are there. Cleaning was done every day.

The lift as I have a phobia!

Excellent location - all attractions within 2 km, The host is very hospitable and caring. The apartment is fully equiped. There is even washing up liquid, drying rack, and everything You need to feel comfortable, including Netflix.
