Centrally located off Naples very busy Main Street, Via Toledo. Close to the Toledo Metro station. We presented, clean and safe the accommodation was perfect for us exploring the city, Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Great communication from the owner via Whatsapp throughout and a lovely touch with the coffee and snacks in the reception hall. An abundance of amazing places to eat all around you

It was a very nice, spacious and clean room. Bathroom was also very clean, everything got tidied up on a daily basis. The bell's is very close to the metro (aprox. 5min walk), the location is easy to find. Plenty of restaurants can be found on the nearby Via Toledo, if you want to go to see some water, it's also just a nice walk away. In the foyer there were always snacks, fruits, coffee and tea available, which got restocked every day. For free! :) Last but not least, stiliana is a really really great attentive and helpful host, she can be reached per whats app at almost any time and will help out. She also organized a taxi with fixed fee when I needed to be at the airport too early.

I never heard any noises from the neighbours but people with noise sensitivity should rather pick a hotel a bit outside the city centre. The accomodation is a bit keen-eared ***BUT*** it is an old building in the middle of a very busy area. It was really quiet from outside after 10:30, the latest. I am a really really sensitive person and in general was sometimes overwhelmed by the masses of people and all the noises outside, but my room in the bell's offered a ***SAFE SPACE*** for me to reload. I will definitely stay there again if I ever come back!

We loved our stay at Bell’s. For us the location was better than 10/10, safe, secure entrance, fabulous, just off of Via Toledo, and within walking distance of most things. The room is fabulous, everything you need and a lovely little balcony. We were able to leave our bags arriving and leaving which was so helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending Bell’s. The owner send so much useful information and was so very helpful. Napoli is a fabulous city we look forward to coming back 😊😊.

The room was very clean and comfortable, modern with all facilities brand new and working, eg electric blinds and air conditioning. The location is real perfect. I want also to mention that during business hours there a concierge at the building and also cctv in the common areas which both add to safety. Stile is very helpful and discreet in parallel.

All was good- no complain at all.

This is an excellent choice for a visit to Naples. Perfect, easy to find location just off via Toledo which is within walking distance of many sites, shops, and restaurants as well as the Metro station. The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean with coffee,tea and snacks available all day. But the best part was the communication and customer service. We had some trouble with the air conditioning and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a room in an apartment. Room number 2 was with shared balcony, it wasn't a problem but it's something you need to know. Last night the room next to as make a lot of noise but after we asked the landlord to ask them to be quiet, they stopped . But you need to know that the walls are thin.

The location of this accommodation was excellent! We explored all areas of Naples very easily from this central location which also has a metro stop close by. The room was clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and the snacks and coffee in the reception area were a lovely touch! The host Stiliana was wonderful very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The balcony was nice and had a great view of the streets of Naples.

The approach to the apartment is a little different as Bells is in an apartment block but don’t let that put you off.

Very convenient location right by the Spanish quarter, main shopping street, a metro station, and very walkable to tourist spots. Place was clean, secure, good Aircon which was very important as it was very hot outside! Its self checkin and we never met the host but she messaged all we needed to know.

It was fine, it's like an air BnB, so as long as you're ok with that, no problem.

The accomodation was nice, with balcony, close to everything, tube, center, harber, shops, restaurants... The owner was very kind, always helpful and in touch. The cleaning service every day also perfect, free coffee, tea, biscuits..

Great location, very close to Toledo metro station and the main shopping street. Two minutes walk from the old Spanish Quarter with its chaotic maze of narrow streets bustling with cafes, bars and local shops. Balcony to sit on and absorb the street life below, double glazing to shut out the noise when required.

Can't think of any negatives.
