Fantastic location, great host who was very helpful. Samp the cleaner was wonderful too. We really enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to our croissant and coffee breakfast at the downstairs cafe.

Probably the bathroom across the hall was the only downside, but apart from that, everything else was awesome. 🤩

The apartment is located in city center, walking distance from one of the main streets, caffès , shops and restaurants which was great for our trip as we were able to come back to the apartment multiple times during a day. It is very clean, and nicely organized, with comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. Alessandro is a great and professional host, with quick responses and very helpful and friendly attitude. We especially loved the small details like the coffee machine and having a fridge available in the main common area. We also enjoyed having a breakfast and coffee in the nearby caffe. Every detail is well thought out about this bed and breakfast.

The position was good and room was clean. Alessandro was very helpful.

I knew the bathroom was outside in the corridor but it was a little inconvenient. No sink available outside the bathroom for general tap water. Door to get inside the apartment block could be a bit difficult to open at times

Fantastic location, right in the city centre! Very clean, and nice staff! Overall a great stay.

There is not much not to like, only that the room is a bit small for three people, but it is manageable!

Location is amazing just few steps from Via Toledo and Spanish Quarter. The place was clean and we had our own bathroom. It seems not all rooms have private bathrooms.

The king size bad was super comfortable but the additional bed for third person was not so comfortable.

location is amazing Alessandro is very polite helpful and kind man. he recommend everythibg about our Napoli trip. you can reach everything about your needs when you go outside. napoli is very alive and full of fun.highly recommended

It was very clean, near to different important locations like storico center, galleria Umberto, via Toledo, castles and museums Allessandro, the owner was very gentil I strongly recommend this location

Great location, couple of steps from Toledo Underground Station, in the middle of the Spanish district. Shopping, eating, drinking, Metro, busses within walking distance🩵

What I loved most was that it was very close to downtown; practically a few steps away from Toledo station. (Toledo is easiest way to go anywhere in Naples) Doesn't matter if you are headed to the sea or into the Centro Storico. The room was very clean, comfortable, cozy. The breakfast place was very pleasant, perhaps one of the best in town. I think I ate the freshest cornetto there, even though I bought it many times while I was in Naples. Coffee was also divine and not cheap anyway. Alessandro was terribly helpful in anything that arose; we arranged everything quickly and kindly. Best place in town! Next time I come, I'll stay here: don't miss it, great place !!

That I don't know when I'll be back again.
