Very family atmosphere, very comfortable. The hotel is very helpful when I was facing some problems. I booked two nights originally, however, I extended my stay for another two more nights. I suppose to check out before 10:30am, the hotel allow me to use the room FREE,until late pm as my ferry boarding time is 19:00pm. Also, coffee and tea anytime.

What did we like? EVERYTHING! This hotel in the heart of the Spanish quarter of Napoli was the most elegant, unique, historic, well appointed hotel we have stayed at ever. We've stayed in penthouses in Vegas and tiny motels in our life and this was the most memorable. The owner is so kind and lovely. Her staff are attentive and friendly. The breakfast room is stunning and the breakfast served every day was delicious. We stayed in the larger suite so we had plenty of room to relax, with a cute balcony overlooking the lively streets that bustled with singing and chatter every night while people ate and drank and had fun. Coming in and out of the hotel after their hours is an experience in itself. Enjoy coming in the hidden doorway within the huge iron doorway gated entry. Quite an experience.

We loved everything. Even at night when it was loud in the streets, at Italy can be, the huge wooden shutters that closed over the windows made our room dark and quiet.

This is the most charming boutique Hotel perched on the edge of the shopping precinct and the meandering cobblestone streets filled with restaurants and bars of the Spanish Quarter. Our room was quaint & roomy in size with a clean modern bathroom. Double glazed windows with shutters and heavy curtains overlook the streets of the Spanish Quarter while keeping the sights and sounds out while sleeping. The staff are amazing and their most welcoming fur baby, make you feel at home. There is an elevator to help with bags and those that don’t wish to take the stairs. Transport cannot drop you at the front door however the transport that the staff at NapoliMia organised helped us with our bags to the check in. Communication with the hotel staff leading up to our stay was terrific and responsive. Use google translate when communicating important messages. The continental style breakfast spread is extensive with sweet and savoury offerings and small amount of hot cooked foods. Barrista made coffee with fresh milk (not UHT long life milk) can be made upon ordering. A must do tour in Naples is the subterranean tour with “Napoli Sotterranea”. Yes when lining up while waiting for the tour to start there is an element of the Italian organised chaos but just go with it. It does work out. And do the walk through the narrow channels its worth it. 3hr Archaeologist Pompeii Tour is also a must the train goes straight to it. Napoli Mia is close to everything you’ll want to do.

We loved everything about our stay

This was a very cute hotel on the second floor of a building. Fortunately, it had an elevator. The location was perfect, located on the pedestrian Via Toledo and right outside the metro Line 1. Super convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with unlimited coffee and they even had a snack/relaxation area that we used after a long day of sightseeing. Rooms were very clean with just enough space for the two of us.

Everything was good, no complaints. Directions given to get to the hotel were spot on

Nothing really

It was such a charming hotel. The decor is unique and warm. Our room had a nautical theme. There was a common space with fresh made snacks. And the breakfast! Divine. It is served in a beautiful high ceilinged room where you can imagine piano concerts of the past. The staff were very welcoming and recommended a nearby cozy spot for dinner. It was quite chilly so we were glad to have some direction. And then returning and stepping through the little door from the street felt like we had a secret palace. One of my goals was to use the nearby Toledo subway station and ride to the train station the next day which worked flawlessly. Check out this new subway line- beautiful tile undersea design.

Absolute gem of a boutique hotel. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Location in the center of the hostorical center, few meters away from Metro Station. Great breakfast that was served in an amazing dining room. My daughter (5 yrs old) and i enjoyed Napoli and NapoliMia Hotel and are very much coming back. I strongly suggest this hotel due to its charm as well as due to most amazing people who work there. you feel at home. and Naples - what to say about this jewel of a city

The hotel's location is perfect. It is near the metro station and in the center of the city, allowing you to walk to almost all the famous places. The room was clean and maintained daily throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with many options, though it mainly consisted of sweet choices. It would be even better if more savory options were included. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we were comfortable and assisting us whenever needed.

The room was very comfortable and the staff treated me like a member of the family. Staring with the beautiful breakfast where the food was presented in a very appetizing way and the custom espresso and cappuccinos made for the start of a great day. The team was very cordial and also checking if I needed anything. Overall a great experience in Naples

Fantastic hospitality! All of the staff were so kind, helpful and lovely. They were always ready to help with recommendations or accommodations as needed. The breakfast was excellent and there were little things to nibble throughout the day. The location was a little tricky to find but perfectly placed in the old town so we could access everything we needed in the short time we were there. A fabulous hotel.

It was a little tricky to find and, when we did find it, a little tricky to get in to but that added to the charm.
