Serena was very helpful in sending through directions to the property and check in details. Unfortunately, due to an error with one of my messages, I never met Serena on check in, but was helped my the lovely Francesco. Great location in the Spanish Quarter (loads of delicious food) and right next to the Toledo metro station. The air con was brilliant.

The shower didn't drain particularly well and would leak a little outside the shower cubicle. However, it did what it needed to, which is fantastic because the heat and humidity in Naples made cold showers on repeat a necessity!

The host was really welcoming, providing useful information and was easy to contact. Excellent service. The room was what was advertised and the bed was really comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed. Close to restaurants and the metro. Thank you

Slight issue as room wasn't ready when we arrived but resolved really quickly within 5 minutes. Noisy at night but we chose this location because it was a busy area and had access to metro and restaurants. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but not an issue as lots of places nearby and water and juice supplied. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I really loved the room, by a coincidence I got the "Sophia Loren" room, which I found really amusing and funny. The room was bright and nice, the bathroom a bit small, but clean, the bed was very comfortable (and new:-) The host - Serena was very sweet and responsive, eager to help. The amazing thing is, that when you step out of Le Stanze di Partenope (the name od the famous Siren, who seduced Uliysses) - you are already experiencing the very heart of Naples: the vibrant Toledo street, all museums, churches, cafes, restaurants, Piazza Dante , everything is just few steps or 10-20 minutes away. Great location!

Serena was so helpful. Her communication was excellent, before and during my stay, inspiring great confidence for a comfortable visit. The location of the property could not have been better. Everything you could need was nearby in this vibrant neighbourhood: the Metro, restaurants, shops, and many of the major tourist attractions. I loved it - and wish I'd stayed longer.

My only quibble was the very large pillow on the bed! Too hard for me to sleep on. 😄

Good shower. Clean. Fridge. Free big bottle of water. Comfortable. What you want, it is. Serena was also a great host, and was able to adapt my check-in as I abruptly booked a day trip to Pompeii. Great location - 10mins from Royal palace, then Lungomare for great walks. 10mins walk from Piazza Dante and Piazza Bellini. And right next to the Metro so easy from Garibaldi/central. So - job done.

The room is clean, comfortable and with AC, the best thing is its location. It is right in the city centre, with a city metro literally 1min away. There are also kiosks and multiple seafood restaurants/ pizzerias downstairs which is handy for dinner. Serena was an excellent host, she was extremely helpful when I requested to check in earlier because of the luggage. She provided the city map, a list of attractions and nice restaurants which was very helpful for orientation in a new city. I had a very good time in Naples for a conference and the accommodation certainly played a big part in it. I would recommend this b&b to anyone travelling to Naples.

The location was great, right on Piazza Toledo. Just a minute’s walk to the metro and a nearby square where you can easily catch a taxi (the ride to the airport cost €20). There’s a great pizzeria just around the corner. The room had a small, charming balcony that added a lovely authentic touch

Location was really good, which meant that the neighbourhood was very noisy. However, the windows blocked out all of the sound and the room was quiet. Serena, the host, was very helpful!

A kettle to boil tea in the morning would have been nice.

Great location and very clean. The host was amazing with communications before and throughout our stay, very helpful and accommodated all out extra needs. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and bright. There was some water and juice for us in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Serena is an amazing host, she was very kind and I’m very thankful for everything. :) The room was very spacious and had a fridge with free water. The B&B is very close to the Metro.

There was mold around the window and in the shower.
