Vico Gelso was absolutely wonderful. Alessia who messaged me prior to our break to ask if there was anything we needed whether it was transport from the airport or places to see and eat. The room itself was really grand and spacious for 2 people. We had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The location is right next to the popular shopping street of Via Toledo which makes it very accessible to various locations, it's very centralised - close to shopping, the port and different eating quarters - all within a 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family to stay.

The air-conditioning could have been placed in a different spot as the cold air was going directly down the hallway rather than on the bed where it got quite warm. Other than that - nothing!

Very central location and beautifully renovated appartement. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Owner is friendly and patient and provides amazing recommendations of what to visit and where to eat in Napels.

Bathroom was private but located outside of the room with a walk through the shared kitchen area.

This property is in the perfect location for shopping, food, metro, airport, bus, tourist, beach, millionaire row. Legend footballer Tourist spot. all in walking distance starting from door step, however when inside the property do not hear any surrounding noise. property is traditionally old Italian apartment however very modern, super clean and smells lush. hosts were super helpful, meeting and greeting at 11.pm on arrival and sending over all recommended attractions, restaurants, journey routes and even arranged a taxis to airport for us on departing. couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough. nothing I didn’t like. Only thing being the shower on full jet will leak out door, however if you use the other option from smaller shower is totally fine.

The room was beautiful—even more impressive in person than in the photos. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tucked away on a quiet side street, the B&B offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being perfectly located. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this place!

Location is excellent, our host was very polite and professional, everything was clean and nice.

From the website we didn't understand that this was the room, with joint kitchen and bathroom which was separated from those two. From the pictures, we understood that this was an entire apartment.

Great location! Huge tv and comfortable bed. The host was excellent. Super friendly & extremely helpful with any and all questions we had throughout our stay!

The shower was small and difficult to use - water pressure and heat management were temperamental.

Room was well decorated & bed comfortable. Location very close to train and shopping district. Host was nice. We were able to store our luggage after checkin. Some common cooking facilities available including fridge and microwave.

Property in a bit of a dodgy alley. TV in room didn’t work. Room generally clean but black mould in the shower.

The room was exactly how it looked on the pictures. Extremely clean, always fresh smelling, well maintained. The staff was really kind and helpful - I didn't even realise it was her first weeks at work. She kept in touch with us before the stay and made sure we were comfortable!

The location is good but a bit intimidating at first. However, it's very central and still safe even at night

Very clean, and easy to come and go as we pleased.

We had to walk through the kitchen area to get to the bathroom which was a bit of a nuisance. It is quite difficult to find but luckily we read a review here that explained in good detail what the front looked like!

The room is great, and in a very bustling area. Lots of shopping around. Naples is crazy busy but we did not spend enough time there to rate the city. The hotel room was very comfy with lots of space.

The bathroom doesn't have great ventilation and smells a bit moldy. The entrance to the building is a bit sketchy.
